I recently purchased a Cerberus from Ceravape. Love the tank, no leaks like some have had. The Coil is ceramic so the taste is off the charts for me ( been vaping 3 months lol ). But i have noticed i am now vaping at least twice the juice i was before. I know bigger tank, hotter burn and all the others lol. But im vaping to get my nic fix and it seems to take more to stall the craving now. I can sit here and go through 4-6 mils easy to get my fix. Been on 3mg of nic for over a month now. I was using a T-18 before to get me this low. Bought my 30ml bottle Wednesday and almost out now. No medical issues to report but just wondering, am i using to much of the 3mg juice and should i go back to a 6 or ride it out. Is this part of getting used to my new tank? Just to add my juices i use are 70vg and up. like the throat hit lol. Any insight is welcome as i love my vape and learning along with it. Thanks all.

I go through anywhere from 15-20ml of liquid a day @ 3mg. You can always try your hand at DIY e-liquid.

Or, you can always go back to 6mg if it curbs your cravings and lowers your overall consumption. Remember: the key here is to do whatever it takes to say away from cigarettes :)

Hi at 3 months I was still at 18mg Probably about a year in I was 6mg, another 3/6 months dropped to 3mg which is where I am still.
For awhile I was at 10+ mls a day though now it is 3-5 mls a day. Everyone's different and you may want to consider getting some 6mg in the same flavour and then you could add some 6 to the 3 to bring the nic level up a bit. ymmv (your mileage may vary)

maybe try upping the wattage? i'm not sure where you are set or what the recommendation is, but may be worth a look. not sure about ceramic, but usually when you drop in ohms you raise your wattage. You may loose some flavor, but gain vape production which should cause you to drop in nic not raise, as you are burning through more juice/taking more nic per puff. I have no experience with the ceramic coils, so i may be way off, but seemed like its worth mentioning.

Howdy there Azazal
I agree with the other folks here in their suggestions to get a higher nic juice. You can get just the one bottle and use it in conjunction with your 3 mg whenever the cravings hit. I also agree DIY is the way to go as that leaves you with complete and immediate control of your juice plus more $ in your pocket.

Welcome and glad you joined. Vaping is almost totally scalable. I would go with juice with higher nic in the am and scale down to lower nic and more flavor in the pm. Might want to check out DIY.

I used to smoke 25 cigs a day. The smoke from one cig exposes smokers to one mg of nic. Today I vape 5-7 ml of liquid per day with 10 mg nic so I'm exposed to more nic than when I was smoking and it feels like more nic than when I was smoking. I do DIY. Cost of ingredients is about 1.2 cents per ml so daily costs is less than 10 cents, yearly cost less than $30. Low nic and high watts means you vape more liquid. That's good for the vape shop, not so good for you.
