So I have a Melo3mini and I've been vaping on the stock coil and wick for a little over two weeks. I've gone through maybe 30ml of juice on it. I was thinking about replacing it but I only have one more coil left and I've yet to order any more so I'm trying to get the most out of what I have right now. I know everyone is different and some people can go forever without being bothered to change a wick and coil and some people love that fresh vape and change it even probably before they should. But how much juice would you say you go through before you change your wick and coil??

Coil & wick as in what one uses with an RBA of some sort?
Remove wicking material, pulse dry burn coil, rinse coil, re wick.

Or coil & wick as in replaceable atomizer head or head for short?
coil & wicking material in a single replaceable unit, comes from manufacturer in blister pack, ready to prime & vape.
Change them when the flavor goes funky, odd, off or burnt.

If you like overly flavored & sweetened gunky goopy liquids either tend to go funky rather quickly.
If it tastes fine / vapes fine no reason to fix something that isn't broken.

Depends on the juice, the device and how much power you push.
My wife has a Joye Penguin; first coil (.6Ω) = 27 days@~130ml of DIY @15% flavour/1% nicotine/40% PG.

Cheers

Right now I'm vaping .3 coil 80/20VGPG Coconut cake 5mg of nic. I always think I can taste when it starts to taste burn like but I'll ask my wife what she thinks and she say's it tastes fine ahah. So, this is the first tank I have that's not a rebuildable and like I said I don't want to change it out if it's still got a little life in it. I'm still getting flavor and good cloud from it so I guess it should be okay for a few more days.

The latter. That's about where I am with it. Sometimes I'll take a puff and it tastes off and then the next one will taste fine so I'm thinking a couple more days perhaps.

Just me,
I'd be extremely disappointed if a head only lasted 30ml, so disappointed I'd be looking for & correcting the cause asap.
That's what I was thinking. I went through a 15ml bottle and I have a 50ml bottle I've just barely used half of the bottle and I got like two weeks ago so I was thinking I still have some good run time on this head.

I use unflavored high pg liquid. I probably get 150-200 mils before I start thinking about swapping a coil...maybe more.

My wife uses a darker tobacco liquid 50% vg. She gets about 50-75 mil per coil.

I once tried a free sample of liquid (jack fruit if I recall correctly). Tasted great but gunked up my coil after 1 mil.

I get more mileage out of a newer coil like a Nautilus or CLR than I used to get out of a old Protank II coil.

Really does depend on juice, I know for some juices , 30 ml would be impossible and at no fault of the coil or wick...

I have several Melos that came with mods I've bought, but I've only vaped them a few times. The draw is too open for my style. As others suggested, it depends on the juice you vape. Generally, lighter colored juices are easier on coils, but sweet juices can be light and still gunk up a coil.

For a reference vape, try vaping some unflavored juice to see how long the coil lasts. It's usually the flavor ingredients that shorten coil life by creating a lot of residue that coats the coil.

If you want to try a rebuildable atomizer you can get a month or two out of a coil and a week from a wick that you make yourself. Chances are you'll experience better flavor in the process. It does mean that you have to wind your own coil and create your own wicking, but there's lots of YouTube instructional videos for any atomizer out there.
