How much water should I add to anhydrous glycerin?

I found this bottle of "Glycerin Skin Protectant" at Walmart which, evidently, is the same thing as VG (it says USP) but it has virtually no water (99.5% anhydrous) and is quite thick. The bottle says to add equal parts water, but of course it doesn't have vaping in mind. Has anyone used this? What percent water should VG have to be suitable for vaping?

Folks use up to 20%. (Might want to start at 5% and see how the flow looks to you.)

Since I do not use VG in real high percentages, I do not dilute it.

I have used it at 100% and does fine. Might be too thick for some. Just add drops of water til you achieve the viscosity you want. Works fine for me. I have been using it for about a year.
