I've been
vaping since mid-2010 and I STILL have the problem you're describing, in order to get myself to not daydream that I'm outside smoking an analog cigarette. heh. There are still lots of days where I'll vape 6 ml of juice, constantly need ChapStick, and have to change out an 18650 battery. Ugh.
However, I just got an iTaste VV V3 which has an 800 mah battery, and I'd sure like to be able to carry around JUST that and not have it die. So I'm doing exactly what some people here suggested, and I'm ordering some 24 mg nicotine juice (coincidentally from Halo, which you said you're
vaping too). Going to go with SubZero and Menthol Ice, since my favorite cigs are Camel Crush...
I think the keys for me are to have higher nic juice, and also to try to space out my
vaping so that it's a little closer to how I'd normally smoke cigarettes. Maybe I'll try to only take a couple puffs when the thought of a cigarette consciously pops into my head, and at key points like after I wake up in the morning, after I eat a meal when I drink a coffee, etc... as opposed to just 24/7 vaping for no specific reason.
