I'm 16 days analogue free thanks to the people of this forum. Although the amount of info is a bit daunting, I got my first mod (ish) about a week and a half ago and for me, it has made the vaping experience soooo much better than expected.

I'm currently rocking an e-power 14650 and c.c.v. mega LR 1.7 cartos. I'm still very much a noob, for example in the last week I figured out, DARK juices clog those cartos QUICKLY, as in very stiff draw in less than a day. Dark coffee (almost black). I'm not sure if this is the norm but the sample pack I have the really dark coffee juices, even mostly PG did this. The lighter colored juices (even all VG) haven't seemed to do this. I guess I need to stay away from really dark juices when using cartos?

I still seem to over fill my cartos and get the blinking light on my e-power, which seems to be an alert that tells me to unscrew it and grab a paper towel and a q-tip lol. This still happens a LOT!

Good for you and welcome! Yeah, those dark liquids will clog the cartos and/or atty's but some are soooo good!

You might wanna take the carto off the battery to refill it... just hold a little tissue under the carto to keep any liquid frm dripping onto something.

It is a good practice not to fill or refill a carto while still on the battery, and if you do over fill just take a papertowel and blow out the excess juice and you should be good to go. Oh and welcome to the show!!!!! This is an awesome forum for some great info cause like yourself I'm still learning and I learn something new all the time.

I was always a lazy kid so I tend to take the carto off once I've done something wrong lol. I LOVE the coffee flavors I have but since I'm really not into dripping, is there any other option with cartos?

...the E-Power has a 10-12second cutoff(blinking light) on the draw...you can be lazy iff'n ya wanna BUT take the carto off when filling...please(as I keep tellin' my wife and step-daughter)...keep your $h!t clean and it will work/last a lot longer...........

LOL so THAT'S the reason! I try and fill my carto's the right way, but I also tend to drip them once they start to look dry on top. Inevitetibley I over-fill and once I get that gurgle sound I take them off and clean the juice off the battery connection. I've done this countless times :/ My PV probably hates me.

LOL, the funny thing is that even with all the vaping expences, I'm STILL ahead $$$$ wise. $60 a week and then some on the cancer sticks.

Now I need to look into the next PV upgrade that I can try and wreck!

My e-power 14650 and 1.7 smoketech cartos are still kinda badass, but I'm still looking for more options lol. New hobbie I guess LOL
