Im still trying to figure out how you battery/cartridge/atom/mouthpiece![]()
I took a multimeter and found out how the battery connected to the atomizer. Then I cut a small piece of tubing the same diameter at about 1" in length. I tapped one end to accept the battery and put the other end in a die to accept the atomizer. The latter didn't work as well as I hoped so it was a bit of cursing and hard work to get everything to fit just right. I then inserted a bit of plastic tubing followed by another, smaller diameter piece of metal tube so that I could acheive contact with the electrodes, again a lot of cursing and work.
So now with my tube, inside a tube, inside a tube, I capped(more like jammed) the inside of one end with a small brass screen to help prevent anything making it's way into the battery then jammed a small amount of cotton into the still open end. I saturated the cotton with liquid, screwed the whole thing together, took a puff and it worked! Still works too! Of course I've had to charge it and refill it.
That's the basics of what I did. I don't recommend anyone trying it just yet as it is a bit more complicated than it seems and not a lot of people have access to all the tools and equipment needed.
I am currently working on a brand new device that I think will prove ultra reliable with huge vapor production and the ability to use batteries you can buy anywhere. Once I get a prototype working I'll let you all know.
