That's all well and good but in my limited experience few of these models are currently available and the potential 9/15 deadline is rapidly approaching. I realize there are a few older models available (Prodigy).

I am anxious to get a few of these but now it's a waiting game. I do love my Janty Stick and my Kissbox has caused no problems, so maybe you do get what you pay for. That said, I think I'll try some TW 801 attys-mine are all from Eastmall and may or may not last but the price was right! :)

As Zofryer mentioned, you could have all your issues disappear and be able to get good performance from any of your 801 atomizers if you ONLY had the right device. I think most new members just never really read this forum. Why is it that members like Zofryer, myself and many others NEVER have any of these same issues that you see on here time after time after time even though we use the same atomizers?

Just get the right PV, it's that simple. Get a premiere device that is made to work well with the 801/BE112 atomizer. I personally think the Prodigy is one of the best if not the best. Zofryer probably has more premiere devices than anyone and can do the best comparisons. Here is the list or just continue to be frustrated:

The Big Nine in Long Battery Life Manual Switch PV’s:

Screwdriver: ecigscrewdriver.com
The Black Screwdriver Kit / Totally Wicked eLiquid / Electronic Cigarette eLiquid Store
Prodigy: PureSmoker.com - Home of the USA Built PV !!!
GG: SmokeJuice - HOME
JantyStick: Janty USA - Janty USA
LV/ZiMoshi:Personal Vaporizers : Hardass Vapor Shop
Super T: Super T, Innovative manufacturer of Personal Vaporizer products.
AdapteverR: Home - AdapteveR Home of the ORIGINAL USA built PV
Silver Bullet: AltSmoke | Personal Vaporizer Silver Bullet - Kit - Starter Kits
VP1/VP2: VaprLife

I just wanted tp post an update here, as the results of my 801 atty showdown are finally in.

Today I received my eagerly-anticipated order of 801 attys from Eastmall, and they are hands down the best 801 atty I have tried to date. These look identical to the Janty Kissbox / Joye 302 atomizers. They have a low, wide and relatively flat bridge, a smooth draw (4 holes), don't flood easily at all, and give off insane amounts of vapor. I'm sold.

For reference, here's a little about the other 801's I've recently tested:

BE112's from Bestecig: This is my '2nd place' 801 atty. The draw is a little tighter than the Eastmall 801 and vapor production is almost on par with it.

Totally Wicked (TW) 801's: I flat-out hated these. They instantly flooded no matter what I did (with 2 drops dripped onto them), and the vapor production was marginal at best. These are RN4072's, even though they are not advertised as such.

RN4072 from Libertyecig: These were IDENTICAL to the TW '801'. They flooded immediately and performed bad in every respect.

801's from Rocky Mountain Vapor: These were high bridge 801's, which did not work well at all for me. They flooded easily and were impossible to drip with.

So there you have it. I highly suggest the Eastmall 801's. Hopefully this will save some of you from going through the exhausting and expensive atty experimentation process that I just completed. ;-)

Damn, I wish I read your post before placing my order at Eastmall. My genuine high bridge DSE801 SLB atomizers are driving me nuts. Was going to place an order for the TW ones since I heard good things. Now I have to decide whether to bite the bullet and place another order with Eastmall and eat the $15 shipping charge again... grr....

Hi Synthnadz,

Please let us know in a few days or a week how well the batteries hold up. Mine from Eastmall are not holding a charge. As I posted earlier, it may be the charger so I have ordered one from Rocky Mountain Vapor to test. Also have some new batteries and attys coming.

I agree with your comparison to the Janty Kissbox atty- very sturdy and well constructed with a great amount of vapor.

The plot thickens.

Up till now we have stated that some atty's work well for us and some less.

And now for something completely different!

I'm starting to think that different atty's work best with different PV'S.

For example..

Prodigy and TW work splendidly. Not one dead. Bright orange glow..no leaking, great vapor.
Prodigy and janty atty's is a catastrophe...they are all dead.
JS and best e cig are ok..

I have not tried other brands but am slowly getting convinced that each PV is a separate story.

Funny that the 510 atty's never die? I vape at 4.5v ~7.5v and not one 510 is dead.

When i was using my JS and janty atty's, never had one dead.
As soon as i used the prodigy with JS atty's , all the janty atty's died.

This is a steep learning curve.

Mysterious.... my TW 801 atties are most definitely different to the RN 4072 atties I have purchased from e-cigs uk. Although they seem to work much the same and I don't seem to have any particular flooding problems with them.
