I play Guild Wars2 on the PC. I use a keypad and a mouse that has a bunch of buttons. It is amazing, I can't do a xbox controller either or game well with using a keyboard/mouse. Razer makes some great tools for people like me that have no coordination.

LOL............With my shoulder/arm injury PC gaming would be out of the Question......if not for windows 8 and Android.
I have (2) Dell Venue 8" set up to race Asphalt 8 Airborn. It is pretty easy to Tilt control with my left hand while resting the right lower corner on my right.
Fortunately I can move my thumb to accelerate.

Funny thing is I wreck far less than the able bodied multi-player competitors.
