If you have purchased a Gripper VV with the GREY Hybrid battery, we will gladly exchange it for an AW 18650 IMR battery -if- you have purchased it after August 18th and have a receipt. Just got mine...and it was DOA. Made sure the battery was fully charged. The only thing I get when I first put the battery in is a flash from the LED screen. I did order the grey battery and it is a little tough to close. Is this a battery issue?

Actually I didn't know that you had to push the power button 5 times to power it on. It works great and I love it so far.
