I placed my order on Thursday for another Halo Triton kit. I got the shipping confirmation along with a tracking number. There has be NO updates made to the tracking number whatsoever. It only says, electronic shipping information received. I sent an email to Halo early this morning and haven't had a reply. The latter, I'm not so worried about as I only sent the email today. Anyway, it just irks me to no end that it is Feb 3rd and the tracking has not even been updated, UGH! :-x

Yes, blame the USPS, not Halo. I just went through this. It took 8 days (3 weekend days) for my order to get to me. I was on the phone with Halo and they said standard shipping is usually 3 to 5 days. If I didn't get any updates by Monday ( the 6th mailing day) to call them back and they will take care of it. Lo and behold, on Saturday I started receiving updates from the USPS once it had reached my town and it was delivered that afternoon. So if it has been more than 5 days, call Halo and they will take care of it. If not, hang in there and it will arrive soon.

Well, I placed the order on the morning of the 30th of January. I got the email that afternoon it had been shipped. Now, we had a Sunday in there, so no mail movement that day....so, I'm thinking surely it will be here by tomorrow with Priority Shipping? If it doesn't show up tomorrow, I will give Halo a call on Wednesday morning.

Ahhhhh the joys of the PPPO and Kearny :mad::mad::mad:

I ordered over the weekend and first thing this morning I got the shipping info from Halo. Hop on the plane to San Antonio When I get to the hotel I decide to track the USPS. No record of that tracking number!?!?!? Okay self let's not freak out here... What just happened over the weekend in NJ??? The Stupor Bowl! PPPO and Kearny :mad::mad::mad: are all hung over!!! Check back after dinner, some delish sushi I might add, and now it is showing the normal shipping information received. Hopefully one of the Joey's or Tony's recover tomorrow and get my package tracked and on it's way to Cali. I NEED this juice for the epic journey to Singapore!!!

Yeah, what IS going on? It's very odd that all of us are having the same issue....If it's not here by tomorrow, I'm going to give a Halo a call....

I have a shipment that is still in Pre-Shipment status. LOL Tracking #9405511699000816593744 Check it out.

Ordered on January 17th on a Friday morning. It was shipped on January 17th and I received the confirmation email with this tracking number. Monday January 20 was Martin Luther King Jr. day and I received my package on January 21st on Tuesday.

Yet my tracking still says it is in Pre-Shipment - Electronic Shipment Info Received. LMBO USPS is crazy!!

Same thing happened to me with an order placed last Tues and received on Friday. I think USPS sometimes can't be bothered to scan packages like they are supposed to. There was no tracking whatsoever until it arrived at my post office on Friday. I didn't even get the "electronic shipping information received" initial notice - just nothing until my local po had it
