About a week ago I ordered 20 cartomizers from V4L. They came in a very good time and I even got a free passthru. Over-excited by the good service, I quickly made a topic saying that I was very satisfied with v4L and my products. At that time I hadn't even tried the cartomizers yet but I had heard they were the best in the biz, so I assumed I'd be happy with them. Wrong. They tasted very dry and burnt my throat a bit. I didn't wanna seem like a whiny first time customer, but I read in the forums that alot of users were experience this problem and all the guys from v4L were facing it head on and correcting the problems.

So, I decided to buy a manual battery and write in the comment about my problems with the cartomizers. I made it clear that I was not threatening to never buy from them again or anything like that, I did it in a very calm and civil manner. Well my manual battery gets here, and guess what..... 20 new cartomizers, free of charge, and they taste GREAT (vaped all of them a little bit lol).

I do a lot of business with MANY different companies (not just e-cig related, my line of work has me talking to reps from different companies on a daily basis.) Other then Microsoft, I don't think I've ever dealt with a more incredible company who actually cared about their customers. I'm not trying to be an ... kiss or any of that junk, but being a good company nowadays deserves a ton of praise, especially today where 9/10 companies are trying to screw the customer out of any money they can.

So thank you V4L, you've deffinitely got my business for the rest of my vaping days :)

That is an awesome story! I have been using V4L for a little over a month now and have had no problems with anything until this last Saturday when I got 20 carts in the mail.....3 out of 4 boxes were all dried up and the carts only lasted about 15-20 mins or so until they taste burnt.(not v4ls fault at all) something must be going on in the factory. Well I placed an order last night and nicely mentioned that I got some of the dry carts that have been going around. This morning I got an email from steve asking what I would like to replace them! I....like most everybody here have come to expect this kind of service from Steve and mark but it is still kind of mind bogeling when they so it! Thanks Steve!!! :)

That's fantastic! I have yet to have a problem with an order or a product but with all these great stories, I'm not worried a bit if it happens!


Funny u replying taryn, ur actually one of the reasona i bought a battery, needed one of those nifty little bags to try out ur method ive been hearing so much about!

V4L "gets" it. Yes, they have great products. They have even gone so far as having "differentiators"... products that are different enough to make their offering unique in what is growing to be a commodity market. But, it is the outstanding customer service that will carry the day every time. I am in the business (not e-cigs, but direct marketing). I watch V4L grow with passionate people who believe in their product going the extra mile to service their customers. The very picture of a successful direct marketing strategy.

Hehehe, that thread was a blast, people got so crazy. I just used the battery bags because they were right in front of me when I thought of giving it a try the first time. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
