One last question: I looked on the chart and it says an A7 mini will work with the REO mini, what gauge wire should I get for that?

yes an A7 mini fits fine on a mini i would start out with 30g at first its easy to coil a LR coil with 30g

Lots of people have made their REO's unique. If you bought one and had that finish done it would make it extra special to YOU.

That is all that matters! I think it is very nice!

Glad some one else likes it as well. I bought one used and its a bit beat up, so I figured why not make it look new again. I ordered a rebuild kit.

I agree, I can't let a REO look beat up, I have to keep it looking good
