I feel like smoking.

Ugh. This is horrible.

I quit analogs 3 weeks ago with the help from vuse. After that, I found this forum and educated myself (I stalked before joining). I ended up purchasing a silver bullet from altsmoke.com and their generic tank that comes with it and I was so, so happy.

But, being a newbie... I didn't think about ordering extra atomizers or even think about getting a high grade clearomizer until I read more deeply into these forums. I called on Tuesday morning and ordered a genitank mega. ETA, Thursday.

Thursday, my generic tank broke. I thought "no big deal, my genitank will be here soon." It didn't come. Friday it still didn't come. I started vaping on the vuse again hoping it would get here on Saturday. Nope. I called altsmoke and they are sending me a new one out STAT. It will be here tomorrow afternoon.

I'm having to buy cartridges for this vuse like crazy. It's almost like smoking a real cigarette, almost like a harsh camel. It's shaped like a cigarette. It makes me want to smoke an analog, BAD. I'm really tempted to go to the gas station and buy a pack of Marlboro's to get me through until my genitank comes tomorrow. IF it comes tomorrow.

I'm so frustrated and all I'm really doing is venting and looking for support.

You got a b&m nearby? Most have disposable tanks for about 5 dollars just to get you through. I keep a couple on hand just in case...

OMG, I didn't even think about that!!! I just looked at altsmokes website and there is one in Columbus, about 1.5 hours away. If my shipment doesn't come tomorrow, I'll be dragging my happy behind to their store.

I feel so ignorant now. I wish I would have thought of that!!!

Do anything just don't grab a pack of smokes, cause I know if I did I wouldn't put them down when my shipment came in. The whole thing would be gone and the guilt would be ridiculous. Better a 1.5 hour car drive and some sanity saved not too mention smobriety. Hang in there!

And depending on where you are in Ohio, perhaps a trip to a Wild Bills in
in Michigan would be closer then a drive to Columbus.

Boy, I wish there were one, but no- not anywhere close. Columbus is the closest store that I've found online. Michigan is about 3 hours away. I live on a dirt road surrounded by farms, lol. Grew up in the city but hubby moved me out here darn near 20 years ago and haven't left since. The nearest Walmart/Kroger/Grocery store is 20 minutes away! It's crazy. But it's the price you pay to live in the beautiful country.

Yeah find a way to hang in there. If there are any 7-11 stores anywhere near you (and other corner stores worth checking out) I really like the NJoy products (especially because they are *not* linked to big tobacco unlike Vuse). Around here they're selling vape pens as well as recharge cigalike with quite a few flavors other than tobaccos and they're really surprisingly good. Otherwise you can probably find a cheap tank. I had the same problem as you 2 weeks ago and wound up buying a cheap 7 dollar tank from a tobacco shop here. It wasn't great but did the trick (exactly like you're talking about) until my 2 extra Aspires arrived in the mail 2 later. I kept it around for a few days as an extra but got tired of dry hits from it so just chucked it and ordered a couple Aspire K1 tanks (for a buck more and INFINITELY better). Pretty stoked now.

That sucks. What about gas stations or liquor stores? I've seen quite a few with cheapo clearomizers and eGo batteries they try and sell with their nasty Chinese juices.

But yea. Vuse does taste pretty terrible and doesn't work all that good. The only one of these I've tried that was even remotely tolerable were the Marlboro Mark Ten menthols. Problem is, the nic level is pretty low and they don't last long.

!.5 hours to get to a B&M, your lucky I have about the same just to get to a shop with cig-a-likes and about 16hours from a B&M.
Hope you get your package tomorrow, but having a trip to a B&M might help with any other little problems you have and retail is therapy too or so I'm told.

last time i smoked i could hardly taste the tobacco and i got a headache for the next two days. and it had only been like a week or so since the last time i smoked.

im not making this stuff up to try to convince you, whether you smoke or not is up to you (of course id rather you didnt) but just telling you what it does for me

I'd have to echo the others -- it's never as good as you think it's going to be, after you've been smoke-free for ANY length of time -- it smells foul too, when you come back indoors, the smell just follows you around, you have to scrub your hands to get the stink off, and knowing that you willingly blew your smoke-free for something that tastes like THAT?!?

And then, as horrible as they are, if they get their hooks back into you even a little bit, it's damn hard to yank them out again, far harder than the first time.

It's a lot like good angel/bad angel on your shoulders, having a screaming row, and you're right in the middle of it and can't make either one of them shut up -- ESPECIALLY the bad one who's pitching a screaming tantrum for a cigarette.

I walked by some people smoking the other day and it smelled like horrible burnt hits off a PV, I don't think I could finish a whole smoke at this point.

That's a good point sub, if something happens it happens. But for me I couldn't stand to reset my counter and would exhaust every option before it came to that. If it did I would feel bad but then pick right back up where I left off. I just hope I am never faced with that, backups for backups and a backup for that.
