It was charging pcc for like 2 hours and the batt is warm/hot and the led doesn't work and when I screw in a cart it sizzles right away

Nope, unfortunately I only ordered the shorty PCC kit that comes with ONE batt.. luckily I ordered a passthrough last night.. Also I do have these cheap e-cigs that I could put some premium juice in, for now.
