I started vaping in October 2009. Absolutely loved it! Quit analogs right away, no problem! Two months ago I started having stomach pains. I didn't connect it to my vaping. But it is! I thought some part of my e-cig was malfunctioning, so I ordered new attys, then got new kits, then tried the tank, the Kgo, went back to my ego-t. Then I changed liquids from different vendors. Nothing helped! I keep trying to vape and the pain comes back every time!! I guess I'm done vaping. I can't take this pain. I bought analogs again. Boy the taste awful!!! My family is pretty freaked out but not as freaked out as I am. At this point I would love to just walk away from all things cigarettes! Time will tell, but I am very sad now.

I hope one day I can walk away from all of it also. Money is more important for me, than a nasty habit. I would like to end nicotine all together, but can't see that it the near future. Maybe one day.

I have genetically inherited chronic gastritis. That is more painful than ulcers when its flared up. It is cause by gastric drip and high nicotine consumption will aggravate it whether from smoking, vaping or high nic foods as well as stress. After many ER visits, I was prescribed one-a-day Prilosec many years ago before it was over the counter and that took care of it. I still take it prescribed. Either try it (disclaimer, I'm not a doctor), lower your vaping nic level, cut out caffeine and other stimulants like high nic foods, cut out citric acid products (good luck with that as eeeverything seems to have that preservative in it and keep in mind that as we age this gastric juice problem increases.

Oh, btw, there are two gastic mechanisms. One is stomach lining oozing it and the other is a pump. Prilosec turns the pump off but if you also have the lining problem Zantac takes care of that so you might have to try one at a time. The stomach lining that's been shaved by acid takes two weeks to heal so give it that long. In the meantime don't eat anything acidic or spicey and it would be best not to eat meat as it causes alot of acid to digest it.

Have you tried tums for the pain? Or soda bicarbonate. A heaping teaspoon or more or two
Generally we shouldn't use soda bicarbonate regularly. But if this makes the pain go away then you might need to start a regime with one of several remedies available over the counter. Could you be aging? Like we all have weak areas. Maybe yours is your stomach. Dispepsia can be so severe people have been known to go to emergency. Not all remedies work for everyone. Good luck. And they have the generic forms of those Tagamet type things. Me, I use soda bicarbonate because it happens maybe 1 or 3 times a month
