I even posted it a couple of times here on the PS subforum
I don't carry pom poms and if you know me I am no fanboy

BUT
I didn't have problems with my order, and I emailed when I needed to make a change and they DID it with no problems
I said THANK YOU to CASH and crew

Do you think providing a satisfying product is enough
Do you think just because I am happy with the service that I don't need a YOUR WELCOME posted here on ECF

This is the last thank you I post here if I don't get a YOUR WELCOME than I am just going to have to thank someone else :p

I know where you are coming from lightgeoduck. I asked Steve to PLEASE just send me a new switch and resistor and I would do soldering myself on a warranty issue. He sent them no problem. I got them all soldered up. I sent him a THANK YOU pm, and NOTHING!! No your welcome, no thanks for saving me the trouble. NOTHING.... Jeez I think I'll just buy a spare switch and ship one back if it ever has problems again.

I guess I can't complain. I have a PROTEGE with a bad switch and just had not had the time in the last 2 weeks to send it in. I ordered some more adapters and can't wait for the KR808 adapter. Boy do I need to get that switch sent in. But I have been happy with their service and given the work they have put in helping us I don't see how they can even talk here.

I find it sad that I have to post here on the open forum with a "look at me" post because my imaginary messages are not being responded to.

It sickens me that in this day and age of poor customer service, that I... as a paying customer... get immediate and courteous responses from Steve or Casey personally if I have a question or concern. I am offended that I am not just a number to them, and that they take time out of their day to answer my numerous questions.

It's a shock to the system, and is unappreciated. We live in a world where we expect to be ignored, treated as a nuisance, and disregarded after the sale... damn you PureSmoker.. damn you all for raising my level of expectation with regards to customer service with other businesses I frequent. Because of the standard you set, I am continually disappointed with any other retailer, restaurant, and service provider I spend my money with.

See, there it is again, no "your welcome" no "We appreciate your buisness" in a monatone bored voice. Just 'feeling the love' with hearts and happiness and joy.... It just sickens me and makes me want to buy more and more stuff from them. They are insideous, calculating love merchants that keep you coming back and back. They need to be reported to the Nanny state so something can be done to protect us from all this careing and unacceptable concern for our feelings.

I can't type anymore, just too too upset.......

Glad to see I'm not the only one suffering these issues.
My protege had a stuck switch, and it took 2 weeks to get the replacement.

Now for the gory details....

Reported the stuck switch and received a response from Casey promptly with instructions on how to return it.

Off to a bad start already - this will not end well.....

Three days in a row I forgot to bring the switch with me so I could drop it off in the Post Office.

Casey how could you let this happen?:(

Then, I get the flu (yep that flu). Self quarantined for 5 days.

I'm blaming Steve for that one - your protege switch gave me swine flu.:p

The next tuesday, dropped the switch off in the mail, and like 3-4 business days, my new switch arrived.

But wait, it gets worse.

I installed the new switch and everything worked perfectly.

I hate you Puresmoker.:evil:

Small update to my PS dilema.

I'd sent my Protege in for a tune up and recieved it in yesterdays mail.
Record turn around time!! :mad:

Took it outta the box, popped in a fresh batt and wouldn't ya know it.
The damn thing is working perfectly. "That's just %&@*$ great!!" :grr:

I guess now!! I'll be forced to enjoy the huge clouds of vape this thing produces all weekend. I have no idea why it makes all the flavors taste so %^&#@ good.

I'm so sick and tired of the pleasure I get from these product I guess I need to pre-order one of the new Prodigys and hope for a little disappointment.
But if I know these guys, probably wont happen! :-x :mad: :grr: :-x
