Yeah I have a lot more than I need, and am still perfecting cleaning methods so I don't blow out an atomizer. To let you know, Ruyandirect has no issues sending me stuff now. I just tried to place an order and it was no worries. They may be out of stock on some things but it's my experience that they always are. They've started carrying new things so I don't think they are going away as a resource any time soon.
I went through the FDA link (thank you for posting that) and it seems like the shipments that are getting seized are listed as e-cigarettes, or cigarettes. Most of these also date to December? However, that would seem to verify that referring to these things are cigarettes or cessation devices is a way to catch attention.

My thought exactly. This could end up working in our favor. If he can stand in a court and convince a judge that the FDA has no authority over them, it's a win for everyone.
If they are asking $150.00 for a 4081, I dont have a hard time believing that they have LOTS of invetory in stock!
Ahh yes but while it's still legal in one country within the EU then we can get our grubby paws on it thanks to the open borders thingy! (sorry, cant remember which treaty it is) as long as it's for personal use.
The UK has seen regulation of E-liquid but only as far as the safety of it is concerned. It was a trading standards / local authority clampdown on suppliers that were selling nicotine liquid in bottles without child safety caps or hazard warning labels. As far as I'm aware, that's all that has happened.

Slightly of the subject here, but why would Smoking Everywhere have their stuff held? It doesn't come from China, it's made in the UK at their own private factory.*

Sun,, all those seem to have a paper work problem, or they are filthy, melainee, sunglasses (give me a break), fortune cookies. The orher day I saw Ponds face cream on a package, women in the usa have been using that stuff since the turn of the last century. One package was lied about in the paper work.
If they were holding more e-cigs shippments we could say it was a ban, but this looks more like paperwork problems.
They are stopping some shippments that is a fact, but the scare tactic are unnecessary. Even the Chinese sellers are having problems keeping stocked up. There is a big demanded for the stuff now it would appear and we don't need anything else to keep driving this panic.

Just received my order from ruyandirect for 2 starter kits (for 2 coworkers who wanted to go analog free) and some extra parts for my 801 including a bottle of juice.
No problems at all getting it here to the states.
The funny part is on the shipping lable there is a section marked "Name and description"
What did they state it was?

With the inventory of porducts drying up out there more and more, I do not see any scare tatics being employed here. For NJOY to be on backorder for the first time speaks volumes to me. Puresmoker has been having issues for 2 months now. Does anyone really thing that they what to be out of product to sell or that there is a shortage of supply from the manufacture? IMO that is not the case at all. A look at the better look at the Custom Refusals reveals that they are being stopped because they are considered a new drug:

yeah, customs probs are happening to everyone. And if it hasnt happened to you yet, consider yourself lucky (and you might want to go buy a lottery ticket).
I've got a shipment right now that's been 'turned over to customs for inspection' for over a week. Hopefully it eventually gets released but it's not looking good.

Well, that's their assertion. Now we wait for someone to challenge it in court.
In addition to the Custom problems. I believe that there has also been a large increase in people trying these alternatives due to the massive tax increase for analogs. I had seen the NJOY in the truckstops for a while but didn't break down and buy 1 until the price of analogs went thru the roof. I stumbled across this site by accident looking for an alternative to the $20 boxes of carts. I'm sure I can't be the only 1 looking for options to $60 per carton analogs.

This friggin country is falling apart, and they're worried about e-cigs, because the government pay-off isn't there.

Any chance you will be driving past one of the suppliers? perhaps they'll let you pick something up. Can't hurt to ask!
I asked that question a while back, and didn't get anything useful in the line of responses. I think a lot of these suppliers are operating from their basements and garages.
