YES!! Take an easy man!! Oh, and you should put wintergreen as a main flavor. It Rocks like craziness! I cant put it down!!! I just splashed it with another flavor and WOW what a kickin combo! Oh, I'm rambling....

Stay healthy, don't worry, and be happy for all those little things!

Glad to hear you like this flavor, I am waiting on this flavor myself. However, I am more excited about trying mint chocolate chip for the first time.

Take your time Geoff, anticipation is good!

Yeah I agree. Geoff may want to take the ordering page down for a day or two to catch up. Just make a simple apology page that you're working on backorders and will be resuming orders on a certain date. I'm sure people will understand.

Your foot in no longer just in the door in these parts, but you busted the door wide open and your company is fast growing. I remember just a few short months ago, you were just starting out. Now you're a very strong company. A couple of days to catch up won't be the end. :)

See what happen when you have high quality products; word-of-mouth is the best advertising.

Keep the quality of the products high; nobody really cares about waiting.

Hey, I put my mask on and lurk the apartment complex (all 40 acres of it) tracking down the postman to pick up the usually 80+ packages he's SUPPOSED to be picking up. Lazy ........

Lately, we've just loading up the car with the orders, driving to the back docks of the post office and direct delivering them. Seem to get more orders done before that happens.

May have to do that from now on. But yeah, I may have to take the order page down for a couple of days.

Dawn on falvorshack had to shut down for a couple weeks cos she went into hospital - so its not like we are unaware that issues crop up. Heck she's been down for about 3 weeks on n off now but although people want the juices they also understand you guys operate a small business not a huge conglomerate and you can't hire more people unless you know for darn sure this level/volume of business is sustainable to pay for employees.
We get it, we'd all rather our vendors were healthy and able to RE-open soon than have to close down TOTALLY cos they all had breakdowns.
Peace :)

FWIW I'll chime in on the "stop taking orders" issue. Dawn basically closes her whole site down. I personally hate it as I can't even browse! Limited up time and my forgetful self will just miss it! I do understand the need to slow things down however I doubt that really helps her do that (other than the customers she loses as they go elsewhere). When order taking is reopened you'd just be swamped with the people that waited. My suggestion is just post a notice of approximate shipment date (i.e. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed today will not ship for approximately 2 weeks!). This allows buyers to browse and even purchase but their expectations aren't for immediate shipment. This would also allow you the ability to know what the workload is going to be like for the next 10-14 days.

And hey, nobody would complain if their order got to them earlier than the site stated! As I always say "Raising the bar is stupid, if you keep it low enough, you can hurdle it!"

Just my $.01

I agree with MM when Ms. T moved she just posted on her home page that there was approximately a 10 day window between the day you placed your order and the day that it would ship. I'm fine with waiting but if I am ready to place an order I want to be able to go ahead and place it and to know approximately how long the wait will be. When I ordered my chuck I was well aware that the wait was about 4 weeks and waiting is fine by me as long as it is a quality product.

Hello TV. I placed an order a few days ago for my first TV Experience! Just take whatever time you need to get healthy! I can wait, and so can everyone else. I am sure I speak for everyone when I say, we would rather wait a little longer and know you are well, then get our shipment quick and find that you are not well!! I guess what I am saying is, it is ok to slow down a bit, just don't ever stop!! HAHA
