Oh, also... Trader's World is not that far away from you (Lebanon). They are open on weekends and supposedly there are a few e-cig vendors there. I have no idea what they have or what the prices are. I haven't been out there since I've been using e-cigs. Trader's World is a crazy place kind of fun to wander through.

Did you try to bypass the power strip and just plug one into a wall outlet to see if it would charge up?

Yep, sure did. I tried charging them directly from a wall outlet on the other side of the house. After I tried this is when I noticed that they auto cook off when connected to anything. For instance I screwed one of the titan batteries into a boge cartomizer and it constantly cooks and will only stop when unscrewed. The larger tornado batteries just blink 4 times ...and then nothing.

Hey thanks guys for the loaner offers. I really appreciate it.
I think I have a solution though. A good friend of mine has fallen off the vape train and has offered me his old 510 kit. My old man said he would help me into a new setup with a bit of cash. Kinda an early Christmas present in a way. He was really pleased to see me quit smoking, so is happy to help me stay off the cigs. So, I'll use the 510 for now and till I decide what device to try next. I'm gonna have around a $100 dollar spending limit. What do you guys recommend at that price range?

There's always the Ego and Riva starter kits at Liberty-Flights. They are super affordable (when you click the 20% off button at the top left of the page) Also you could get some of the resurrectors at ccv to go with them. I've been vaping over a year now and still love that combination.

For about $50 that will get you a nice kit and cartos to last you awhile. If you use the code ecf5off that will take 5% off you ccv order and you can get 15 cartos shipped for around $20

Thanx! I've actually been reading about the Prodigy V3 and watching videos today. I feel like I'm starting over in my collection due to this mishap and the Prodigy has been one that I am highly considering.

Edit--
Just took a look and it seems that he dropped the price down to $110. If it isn't sold before I get paid I may have to do this.

I will look into this as well. Since I did just get laid off I should probably keep any cost as minimal as possible. My old man is going to float me 100 bucks but I would be smart to save as much as I can on my next device. I can always buy a spiffy mod or something down the road when I get my employment issue resolved. Thank you for the suggestion.

Thanx everyone for the help. I'm all squared away now. I had two friends donate their kits. I have a new Titan kit and a Bloog kit as well. I just had to restock a bit of juice and I was back in business. On top of that I have another Job now. Yay me! I made it though my crisis without any real cigs. I had bought a pack of smokes when I was aggravated but never did smoke one.

Still haven't smoked a single cigarette though. The pack is still intact!! :2cool:
I actually found an unopened disposable e-cig in my stash that I picked up from a gas station when I first decided to give e-cigs a try.
It taste like crap, but it's not an analog.

That was gonna be my suggestion, to take a deep breath and buy some disposables just to get you thru and keep you off the analogs. I just had a relatively new vaper today tell me how fantastic these are...and they're cheap. Might be worth grabbing a few to keep you sane. Sorry I can't help with the battery issue, but I do know anything you try will work better if you're not frantic and jonesing. ;) Good luck!!!

Ooh, just saw your recent post! Whoohoo! Awesome friends! And congrats on the new job! See how sometimes things go from craptastic to fabulous almost in an instant!

Agreed!! I wrestled through a 24 hour + period with no vapes, no nic, and no smokes. Everytime I looked at the pack of smokes, I kept thinking that I didn't want to waste 4 months. I'm glad I held out. Honestly it wasn't the fact that I didn't have nic that was bothering me....just realizing that all the money I spent on my collection was gone. But even after losing my spiffy collection I realized that it wasn't a waste of money because it got me this far smoke free. I'm a non smoker now and I really can't put a price tag on that. That being said I am so happy to have some vapes again.
