I just got a GLV2 5v

I recieved my GLV2 5v yesterday.I have to tell you,this thing is wonderful.Im amazed at the vapor.Ive had a few different mods and this one tops all of them.I was feeling like 3.7v was a bit too weak and at 6v my juices tasted burnt.5v seems to be the sweet spot.Its built to last and extremely sturdy.I love how it feels in my hand.

Ill let you know how it holds up.So far Im lovin it!!

I love this unit.Its The best vape Ive tried.I get about 6hrs on a charge but I hardly put it down,so thats really good for me.It just has a strong consistant hit.The button is the best Ive ever used.I highly recomend this unit.I waited about 2 weeks to get it,I chose a color that had to be ordered and got the clear coat.I did not get etching on it.Its worth the wait.

GLV2 is one of the best mods made.

It is hands down a winner..

If any one is on the fence about this mod, you shouldn't be.
For the price and quality and a 5v mod it can't be beat.

Jays color options and clear coating are the best I have seen! Beauties!

I second that! This thing rocks! Its so comfortable to hold. Very well made. Very light. Lighter than my little Chuck. Just buy one you wont regret it!

After buying a 6v (Omega), I made a small 5v and I gotta say, it's nice being able to just *hold* the button and not worry about it getting too hot. On the other hand, the regulator gets way to hot....

I'm not sure if resistors works the same way, but does the unit itself ever heat up?

No it doesn't get hot like regulators. resistor seems to work just fine. I have had mine a year now. Also have had 4 of them at one time or another. I love the GLV if you haven't noticed.

Just saw a review of GLV2...using 16340 batts....are they the same as AWRCR123... the ones I am supposed to get are the cr's? Right?

The CRs are 3.0v and the 16340s are 3.7v,The 16340s will work better I think.

Man I haven't posted on this site in a year or so saw this thread and I just had to post my big thumbs up on the GLV 2.
I had been crying ever since I broke my Magnum mod from Ted Kimble. Man I loved that PV so much. I happen to love the style of a top thumb switch. Almost every mod is a bottom switch and that's just not for me. I made do with the SD for a while but, I just didn't dig it like I did the Magnum, so about 2 mo ago I decided that I would search every review I could find till I found another top mounted thumb switch mod, I found 2 mods this one and one called the billet I just liked the looks of this one better. I bought two, one for 3.7v and one for 5V vaping and if I get wild I could go to 7v but I don't think the atty would take it although I could buy 3.0 batts and do 6v options! options! options! I am once again a very happy vaper!

and yes I know my grammar is crap I'm a grease monkey not an English major.

Isn't it just the best thing ever? The 5V is just perfect. I treasure mine, guard it, and no longer take it out of the house. I want a mini now!! I know it will take a while to arrive, but I am fully prepared for that and know it is well worth any waiting time.

I'm using the batteries I ordered from MadVapes when I ordered my GLV. Been rotating them, they seem to do just fine so far.
