I need to vent, crappy shipping

So i made an order on the 11th, and it was shipped on the 13th, here I am on the 20th and NOTHING, im not going to say where it is from because it is not their fault, and they have always come though for me in the past, I asked him ab it and he said he would get back to me, which he has not done yet, but this only leads me to believe that everything is fine, its just taking a while, sucks living on an island sometimes, GRRRRRRRRRRR DAMN USPS

I can sympathize, I placed an order from China 9 days ago. According to tracking my order was mailed out the same day, left China the next, and has been in US Customs in NY for the past 5. Kind of annoying......

I could understand if it was from china, but this is from (a midwest state) {saying the state might give away supplier} to Hawaii, orders i get from JC in WI only take 5 days, I am getting very frustrated, especially now that the supplier has not gotten back to me like he said he would, I even sent him another message, and nothing, this is becoming a 10+ day wait on an order that should only have taken 5 TOPS!!!!!!!!!! I dont think I will be ordering from them again, PM me if you want to know who, but I dont want to slander any suppliers openly,(except for SMOKELESS DELITE) even though they are PISSING ME OFF! right now, they have been good to me in the past.
