I got a shipping notice, but the tracking number isn't in the USPS system. If they really did ship it yesterday, it should be here tomorrow.
Ugh. Tapatalk for WP8 just shrunk that nice photo from my Lumia 1020 into tiny nothingness. 
Just got an email from IBTanked. Their Rook IBTipsy drip tips are in stock in all colors now if anyone was waiting.
I just got my tank from IBTanked and I'm sort of bummed. I asked for it in crimson and what I got is a sort of pale, muddy purple color...crimson is not purple by any stretch and it's CERTAINLY not what they had pictured in the color chooser.
It might look good on a purple ProVari, though. I'll have to go look at that pic again...lol
aww. I hate that. One of the drawbacks from internet shopping I guess. Online colors are never what they seem after lighting, photography, digital editing, palette color reductions, differences in display adapters, displays all take their toll. You just can't beat seeing it in person sometimes. I hope their Ti anodized caps and drip tips match.
Seriously, this isn't REMOTELY the color in the picture. I just feel sort of disappointed.
I wish Phiniac had dark red glass tanks.
Call them. They are very cool! I've sort of been a lab rat for them a few times, since I appear to have the most aggressive juice on the planet (that's how OCD described it) which melted some things they didn't know were vulnerable. They not only sent replacements of something different (that cost quite a bit more), they changed some of their inventory.
ETA: Ask them about dark red. Maybe they can double coat something.

You got crimson? On my monitor that looks purple. Scarlet looks the most red to me in the solid colors. Did you get a solid color? The red in Red Bold Swirl looks pretty red, I wonder what color they used for that?
Yes, mine were a perfect match or least the red caps and red dripper, blue and blue as well!!
Which one did you get? I'm wondering if it will work with my purple ProVari, though I doubt it.

I just found the color chart. The crimson doesn't look crimson at all. Scarlet looks red on my monitor too. The crimson doesn't look like it's going to match my ProVari. I don't really use cartos anyways.
Yeah, it was a solid color and really, crimson is more of a deep blood color. Scarlet, on the other hand, is a more orangey red which I didn't want and was the only other option.
This tank isn't red AT ALL.
Well, it's red in the sense that red/blue = purple but that's it.
Susan, have you checked out the Vivi Nova Coop (Aspire BDC)? It's pretty much filled up at the Interest level, but you might get in on purples. The reviews are in that it's the best clearo/glasso ever made, and equals the best most expensive RBA for vape quality. That, and the vape is sick on my Provari (I got in on the first coop, and are in again)... for $4-$5each in GLASS and purple metal.
You MIGHT be able to get it in purple, and that purple looks like it will MATCH the Provari purple.... (but you'd have to see if Sniffle got the MOQ on the purple). I'd check the thread...

Have you looked at the Bella/Elegance/Evolution tanks from Hoosier Vapes? I know you said you weren't keen on carto tanks, but these have a removable top for filling. They come in all kinds of colors.
