Things took a dramtic turn today, and I have to add what happen to the http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/196320-panic.html event. Since the original http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/vapor4life/196320-panic.html thread was closed, I will have to open another here.

Vapor4Life is a good honest company, with great reputation.
That package, which USPS Tracking system returned with "No Record", arrived today, 7/7/2011.
On the pakage, it showed mail date June 3rd 2011.
Out of curiousity, against Chad's previous suggestion,
"refuse the other one when receive it"
I decided to check the content.
Contents of the package were not exact to my order of 5/28/2011,
it was explained that a bottle was out of stock, replaced with 5 cartomizers.
and an extra of 11 cartomizers and 2 passthrough.
Whoever is responsible for this delay, it certainly is NOT Vapor4Life.
V4L did their part, took the blame when it's completely not their fault, and went well above and beyond!
I am now ashamed of having question on V4L's reputation.
What I know is, V4L sent the package on June 3rd.
USPS lost track, Custom did not bother to check this package.
Still, this package ended up with a big delay, (delivered after the reship arrived)
and not only Vapor4Life took a big hit on this, they reship when original was in deed sent, only it's a no-show.
I'm very sorry.
If V4L will accept my order in the future, I will be happy to order from them.
I will work out the detail with Vapor4Life,
whether pay the shipping to send it back,
or have V4L charge me for this original shipment.
