I have been a customer w v4l for almost 2 months. Always had great service, ect. Today I was blown away. My order came in and it was missing about half of it. Slightly concerned because the note said they were out of smilin menthol (panic zone) put in a support ticket, waited, couldn't stand it anymore ( I was in a panic about my smilin) and I called. I spoke with Tim- he was great, found my order, double checked the stock -yea smilin was in. Sending it right out. So nice, really made an effort and was so welcoming. There are a lot of business out there that should look at v4l on there commitment to quality and customer service. I just plain like this company, their product, service and staff.

The only time I've strayed from V4L is because they were out of something. I feel incredibly lucky that I chose V4L as my main supplier from the start otherwise I may have given up on this vaping thing. And credit to all the great folks here on the forum too. The V4Lers rock.

When I started vaping in May last year, I had spent months researching. I finally settled on V4L and have never regretted that decision! I have never ordered from anywhere else and have not even felt the need. Any issues that I have had have been promptly fixed and everyone I have emailed has been great! I have never even had to call them as of yet, because they have resolved the problem with out even needing too. V4L is a great company and I plan on keeping my business right here as long as they are around.
