Yes, most shops are shipping the newer revision.
Mine accepts the Kanger t3.

I don't have the old to compare it to so can't verify if they've improved the charger connection.
It feels tight and precise.

To be on the safe side, I just plug it in at home and leave it on it's side.
Charging on the Go is an emergency measure, not my default.

As I understand it, the original version had only the 510 connection, and the much bigger threads for the "beauty ring". Mine (purchased at a B&M in early Feb), was already threaded 510 and eGo, and still with the beauty ring. (Which does seal nicely against the top for sloppy drippers.)

Not bad at all. I'm still on the fence on it. I may watch a video or two again. One thing I wish was that the connector was flush so would be easier for stealth. Not a deal breaker though.
They thought of that, comes with a ring that makes the Tank appear flush.
The ring hangs a tad over the side, but I don't think that matters much.

I love my MVP, but feel the need to point out a couple things.

First, it doesn't have a massive battery. It's got the equivalent of a decent 18650 in it, rated at 2600mAh, so the charge time is roughly equivalent to any 18650-based mod.

Also, it's not completely true that the ring will make a 510-based tank appear flush. They look pretty silly on it, actually, since it's a very large ring that actually overhangs the top of the unit. It works fine, but it's not particularly pretty.

Unless you have really big hands, you're not going to palm it, and a tank will be very visible. It's slightly longer than my hand is wide, so unless your hands are significantly larger than mine you're not going to be able to hide it.

And I'll toss this in: It's a write-up of the MVP I did for Vape Squad: The Innokin iTaste MVP | Vape Squad. It's got a picture with a mini-DID clone RBA that sort of shows what I was talking about with the ring.

I have the early version MPV but the connector broke after dropping it. I think I can repair it but in the meantime I heard about the Smoktek Groove. It also has a builtin battery pack but a bigger version 3800MAH, an ohm meter and VW. I purchased one and like it very much. It is a little wider than the MVP and has a top mounted fire button which I like. I like the MPV especially the newer version but I like the Groove better.

MAH doesn't tell the whole story.

I've seen the unit opened up, it's using battery pack technology, as opposed to Cylindrical Battery Technology.

There is a factor that needs to be taken into account, which is the efficency of the PV. IE transformer efficiency and how much energy is lost converting Battery Voltage or Stepping up Battery Voltage to output voltage This PV is losing very little energy.

A perfect example of this is that if you chain vape on a MVP it will remain Cucumber cool. Chain Vape on the Tube Rockets and you'll find the units heat up. An efficient transformer doesn't lose Voltage.

I have never had a 2800 Mah Battery last 52 hours [4.2V 2.4Ohm Clearo] on a charge [Like the MVP] and by the way I didn't go past the yellow so it might have vaped another few hours.

To give an example; Today is Sunday and I forgot to Recharge it on Friday and Saturday Nights, it was still running strong but I never like to run a Lithium Battery to it's cutoff [I think Partial Charges extends life of battery] and I switched to my Zigelei for a few hours

I have Provari, Zmax and they will not go nearly as long on 2800mah as this unit. The only thing approaching the efficiency of this unit is my box mod from Smoktek which lasted as long on two 800mah [Actual Mah] Batteries as a Provari on a 2800 Mah.

Battery Life is not the only determining factor as to how long you can vape on a single charge

Thanks for the great lead Tom!

Trick thanks for the insight. I never had an 18650 last 2 1/2 days though heh.

The smoktech groove would be a win for me if it wasn't plastic.

It is a very tough plastic and I've dropped it a couple of times with no problem, On the other hand I broke my Stainless Steel ZMax and my metal MPV by dropping them. It is a much stronger plastic than the Gripper which I also broke when I dropped it.lol They can all be repaired though but right now my Vamo and Groove are holding down the fort.:)

Hi Free-Cigs confirmed that this is the newest version and accepts all EGO.
Turns out I purchased from Free E Cig before and they were very nice, and shipped very quickly.

They got back to me within 1 1/2 hours of my request. Considering that this is a Holiday Weekend I'm very happy with the service.

They have a great price , and I like the company.

Should be recieving mine from them today! What a sweet deal. Hell the 2 iclear 16s are worth like 10 bucks each to me, those are great little clearos. Pretty excited, this will be my first box shaped mod, but I noticed this morning I hold my Vamo almost exactly like I'll be holding the mvp when I'm vaping. Debating using my lunch hour to run home.... you know... like ya do.
