I don't think you'd have any problem Becky. The addiction threshold I understand is about the equivalent of a half-pack a day, or as suggested by the New England Journal of Medicine, at 5 mg. It really depends how much of that 3-4 mg Tribeca you enjoy. Personally I think smoking, aka vaping, is far more socially addicting than anything else. :D

Won't you PM the link for that Tribeca clone you enjoy so much, will you?

I thought Tribeca clone was a mechanical mod--had to Google it.

I think a big part of not wanting to cape is I don't like the juice I have. Liked it in the sampler and ordered a 100ml of it to mix down to 3mg(50ml 0nic mad 50ml 6mg) and not a fan at all once it got here. I can't seem to find anything I like. I've got several partial bottles I used to really enjoy and now none of them seem to taste good. Don't know if it's a taste bud thing or a body telling it's done vaping thing. Tastes in foods haven't changed at all.

Another issue is I think I am massively dehydrated. Between vaping and a medication I'm taking I'm pretty much dried to the bone.

I hear you on the juice issue. Had the exact same problem and I wasted tons of money trying to find juice flavors that I like. After 90 days I'm down to two flavors that work for me - menthol, and a not-sweet coffee flavor with undertones of almond, chocolate and caramel. I mix that one with a tiny bit of sweet butterscotch and it's delicious in an RDA. The bottom line, I realized, is that I can't vape sweet, and almost everything others rave about is sweet.

I would say though that if you truly have no desire to smoke or vape, you don't have a problem. You are home free. Just embrace it and move on - it's a blessing. If you start craving nic and inhaling something again, then you'll have to go on the juice hunt again. It's just... part of the journey I'm afraid. The hardest part in my opinion.

I'm sure dehydration is a huge part of it. I vape so there's on negative, I'm on accutaine so there's an even bigger negative, and depending on the day I lose a ton of fluid at work. It seems I just can't drink enough water/gatoraide to make up for the loses do to all the contributing factors. When I can't taste anise you know it's bad. Pretty much fully back on the pipe. Since I spent so much on the juice I don't care for I placed an order at MBV for something I used to love and hopefully I will again and it'll balance out that lose a little. Not upset over back to full on vaping, certainly better than smoking. Just looking forward to the day of being completely free.
