Well, the wife just went to wallyworld and I told her to pick up a neti pot. She got home and actually remembered to buy it. All I have to say is WOW! I was a little afraid to use it (that drowning feeling) but it wasn't like that at all. I had a headcold last week and I was still sniffling and blowing my nose today and said I've got to try this. I can't believe how well I can breathe out of my nose now, it's amazing! I don't think I've breathed this well from my nose since I was a kid. Please give this a try if you feel your sinuses are clogged or just not breathing right thru your nose. It's not uncomfortable at all, just keep your mouth open to breathe and use warm salt water.
