An rda (rebuildable dripping atomizer) will not fit into the channel that you attach your tanks without your adapter. Other than that I don't see why you couldn't use your VTR to drip

Like Slappy mentioned, the VTR has a tube adapter that allows you to mount a dripper/tank at the top of the ring.
Thanks in advance for your help...some person on fb is were i was told i would have problems dripping with the vtr, he said somethin like i wouldn't b able to run sub-ohms ...i took that as i couldn't drip with it, did i just misunderstand or was his info innaccurate
I was told by some guy on fb that i would have trouble running sub-ohms and i would never acheive "clouds", i took that to mean i couldn't drip, was this guys info innacurate or did i just misunderstand...thanks in advance for yaalls help

Are you trying to make huge giant clouds or just get a good vape?

EDIT: Dripping means putting your liquid directly on the wick and coil. It gives you a nice clean taste and yes, some nice clouds because you've built your own coil to do it.
Sub-ohming, means you're using a coil that's less than 1 ohms (resistance) to increase the power, making it very hot, burning a lot of juice at once and making huge clouds.

My friend, I am also a relatively new vaper.According to your questions I would say read as much as you can around the forum.Better get some basic knowledge before you take the next step.

I get pretty good vapes with protank 2 with rebuilt coils on the vtr...I'm pretty much just wanting to blow clouds as well as further my hobby...but from the sound of things i kinda need to read around and get a bit more knowledge
Furthermore, your VTR won't let you sub-ohm because it has safeties because if you don't know what you're doing, your battery will meltdown.

I'm not sure if it'll fit, but you might try to get your hands on a vision aurora bft. It's a bottom fed dripping topper. Basically, it works like this. There's a tiny little bottle that sits in an aluminum housing. You invert your mod while squeezing the topper, release the bottle, the flip it right side up. The atomizer on top gets wet with juice from the bottle and you vape away. I'm not sure if it fits in the vtr's sleeve, but you could check. That's what got me into dripping and bottom feeders. IMHO, bottom fed dripping rocks. Taste benefits of dripping with the convenience of a tank.

I would definitely recommend a Nemesis with a the Nimbus dual coil dripper or an omega. I'm loving it! It's a really easy one to build & you get great big smooth vapes. But, I am also new to dripping.
Smoktech makes little mini rdas that will work on your VTR using the 510 extension.
I have a MVP2 and just ordered an igo-l RDA. I have been watching a lot of youtube vids and getting great info here on ECF. Ordered from slowtech so... maybe by the end of this month.
You can drip with your VTR. I use it to drip with my RDAs everyday. Just make sure you do your research before you start building your own coils, Youtube is a great place to learn. Ensure you have the appropriate battery and understand what you are doing. The juices you vape will come alive! Good luck and have fun!

You can use your vtr for dripping and it will run down to .6 ohm other then that I love the nemesis I run both daily

I also was told It cannot be used on a variable voltage devices too...
So I was using my RDA on my MVP 2.0 last night thanks to this forum. That's awesome Dnkeyhnter. I would have never bought my MOD if I would have known. Why do a lot of people say you cannot use it on VV/VW devices? smh.- Status
