i want a simple device ( i like my blu but tired of changing batteries )

I'm not really sure what that means. I am assuming that voltage determines throat hit... and or amount of vapor + temp of vapor.

So i guess this is a 'cartridge' style...?...

i thought it would be nice to be able to replace the atomizer (which i'm assuming is the heating element?) fairly easily, and it "looks" like this would be fairly easy to refill.

It said something in the reviews about some leaks occurring but cured with a silicone thingy that i also ordered.

I'm guessing this device is going to be fairly large. The size of a full size cigar is my guess, and considerable weight to it.
So i have a mini-ecig (blu) which i imagine will always be nice for incognito vaping. I have a big one on the way (ego-c), which i will probably mostly use when driving or at home (i don't want to stand out in a crowd, i'm a private person). So i am still in the market for a mid-size.... the kgo looks to be as big as the ego-c, is it?

Good choice. You will be better off with the ego 510 connection than the Volt 808. If you are looking for something midsize, then look at this, and all of the ego and Blu cartos fit, and the ego charger will work with it.

I think the ego Tank and the ego c units with the 1000 mah batteries are simple, long lasting and great pv's.
