I wanted to give a big thank you to altsmoke for the new spring.

I was taking my Omega apart to clean it and lost the small spring on the top section. Totally my fault. So sent an e-mail to altsmoke to order a new one since it was not listed on the website. The next day I got a replay spring is on its way..FREE. It arrived with a new pin and nylon inset for the top. I am so impressed with the way that altsmoke handled this. Its not very often that a company will do something like this. Great job altsmoke!

Altsmoke went the extra mile for me, too. When I ordered my Silver Bullet, I also bought a Kick and an extension for the SB. They forgot to include the extension but responded to my ticket immediately and not only sent it out right away, but delivered it by priority mail so it would be at my home faster. With other vendors, I never got service that fast.
