I'm wondering about the adapter end. The only 510 adapter option when ordering the icon is "DURA/510", but I see the moated V2 available in the adapter section. So you can't get the moated V2 when ordering a new unit?

Also, what are the specs on the moated adapter? It looks like the thread is recessed a bit and I'm wondering if the inside diameter of the moat is wide enough to accommodate a CE2 clearomizer with a syringe tube fitted.

The moated adapter is the only one that ships now The first adapter we no longer sell or carry, but do keep a few on hand for those will special requests.

As for CE2 clearomizers, I'm not 100% sure ... we don't carry them, so I can't test fit.

The threads are recessed, but instead of a crosshatch design (like china adapters) our 510 adapters prop the atomizer up ever so slightly for air draw, so no cross hatching is needed.

The CE2 Clearomizers fit the Prodigy V3 just fine. They are a problem on the Icon and the Protege, but I just use an adapter or two with the Clearomizers and they work fine on the Icon.

Thanks for the answers, guys. I figured as much with the clearos, and syringe tubes probably wouldnt' even come close to fitting. I considered just using a 510/510 adapter, but since I'm looking for a small pv it seems counterproductive. lol
