Recently I sold my old PVs and accessories. I shipped USPS Priority Mail. I live in a rural area and the Post Office is rather small with only 2 employees. One of them happens to smoke analogues and obviously eats a lot of donuts. I had a bunch of 510 stuff that she quizzed me on as I loaded it into the shipping box...Oh yeah...she's gonna try vaping so she can give up analogues. Right...we all know that vaping is gonna require some dedication. I mean it's not likely you'll hop down to the local convenience store and get what you need. She didn't strike me as the type to carry out the required tasks of vaping.
Today I shipped an ignition control box for an ATV. The same lady wanted to be sure it was nothing e-cig related. I assured her that it wasn't and inquired as to why she asked that. She says that unless I'm a registered US Supplier I will no longer be able to ship e-cigs or related parts through the USPS. This may or may not be true. Like I said she doesn't strike me as the most competent person in the world...Luckily I"ve sold off the stuff I no longer use. I'm sure there will be more in the future though...Oh well...

I'd go in or call her and ask for a number to the head office to confirm this. If she backs off, she is lying. If she sticks to her story, she could also be bluffing so still make the call.
When I mail stuff, it's packaged and I will describe it as electronics. The only exception is when it's batteries and then you have to declare them---you just don't have to tell them it's an e-cig battery.

It's not true.

She may have erroneously assumed ecigs fall under the PACT act. They don't.

Here's a hint: get a bunch of USPS priority mail boxes and fill them before you get to the post office.

As mentioned above, she probably made an erroneous assuption that electronic cigarettes were regulated under the PACT Act, which is not the case.

The entire post office in my area knows that all of my shipments are eCig related and they never even questioned the certification of my company.

Hence, what that lady told you was pure bull****

I know it's no were NEAR all the tools I require to Vap... But the 7 eleven just up the street started selling Njoy Npro Express starter kits (One Bat, two carts, and charger) for 20 bucks. I picked one up to just expand my arsenal.

Hmm, Npro. I like my 4081s. The 7-11s here are selling the xhaleo2(M40x model). I sure hope they start selling Npro. Could be usefull for refilling an empty SmokeStik batt w/ juice(carts). You have any idea if that trend is expanding?

Yeah I've seen the kits at the T/A. Just the other night I saw a kit in a convenience store down on Highway 41 near Wallace, NC. The local tobacco shops have the Pure Smoke also...That was my introduction and at the time I used it quiet a bit. As more and more people encounter and begin to vape I'm sure availability will improve...
