This was my first experience with the unobtanium mods, wasted over an hour of my time to get to check out put all my information and taught I had a sale Guess Again after check out nothing the item was out of stock are you kidding???? I will never ever ever go trough that again.We spend good money for our enjoyment and some of this manufactures make this mods build an incredible big fuss about it then they build (50) of them (10000) People want them and they wonder why they go on the classys for triple the value????I say NO lets stop this madness and regain some prospective here it's a metal TUBE I for one will not get involved in this shenanigan again.I also sent an Email to the company that I will never do business with them.

I totally understand your frustration. In the quest to find unobtainable mods, I have lost more times than I have won. I completely agree with you that they're just metal tubes. I can't believe that people pay over $1,000 for a Caravela. For that kind of money, you would think they would be made of 24k Gold and encrusted with diamonds. Or the whole Chi You thing. There are tons of them being made and because they have only been released on the West Coast they are being sold for more than double their retail price. The guys in Cali are racking up.

That being said, I do enjoy the hunt and the bartering and the trading to get something you like. You might strike out at the Ihybrid sale, but you might be one of the lucky ones at the next sale. Then you trade for the one you really wanted.

With persistence, I have been able to find a lot of the mods I was looking for and except for one haven't paid much more than retail for them. The buy and sell section on ECF is probably the best place as most members here don't typically try to sell for outrageous prices.

These products sell out in a matter of seconds, minutes if your lucky and you have to prepare yourself for success. Did you have an account already created with the vendor? I ask because in the time to creatw the account and enter your info like address, etc they were probably already gone. We never plan to fail, only fail to plan.

I say keep trying with the upcoming release of the Pure. 99 $ and true iHybrid vaping pleasure. I can say I started small but quickly came up through the vaping device ranks and I've had my iHybrid standard since this January and it is the best device I own and use it daily; is that good [to me].

Get your game on par and try again.. the odds nay be against you but you CAN succeed as many others before you. Just dont be so righteous and judgemental to those who have something you don't or can't.

I had an account created was on the site 30 min. before the sale I expected competition of course but when at the exact second they went for sale could not add to cart,then few minutes later it did since it took me a wile to get it to go to cart when it appeared in it I thought I had it ....but not to my surprise Didn't my personal disappointment is with the Manufactures of these devices they get ...... off when their work sell for 2 to 3 times more of their value at the same time they create "the Capitalism" by only making much less than the market demands and needs, being very well aware of the problem, I just wanted one to enjoy cause from what I've read they are excellent devices nothing more and I despise the fact that some people do get them just to make a quick $$$.

Yes, the LE's are made in small amounts. What do you think LE stands for?

Faceless is one of the few Modders out there who does all his own machining, Zen and others like him send stuff out to be made for them, and because of that their QC has suffered. So yes Faceless does smaller numbers, that allows him to keep everything going, allows for some awesome LE's you don't see from others, and keeps his QC high.

Well that's good that you had an account.. You were more prepared than I had thought so to you I apologize on that regard and I will say as well there is a whole bunch of people, with disposable sums of cash, who buy all the high end mods and 'flip' them for profit. It sucks, I don't think anyone would disagree, but I guess blaming the manufacturer is the right way to do this.

These are made by a single guy in a single machine shop at his home. It's not like he's a massive manufacturer and making 50 LE's to sell is a great deal of work. It just so happens they also are great devices so they are sought after by many which has been the game for iHybrids now for quite awhile. Again, I think the Pure release will satisfy a bunch more people and is the route you and others will want to go; hell, even I want a Pure and have to wait but it will be worth it in the end

We feel your pain, we do, as most of us Hybreeds have lost out on many an LE in the past and kept with it which makes the final success even more sweet. This game isn't for everyone but if I get one out of the hands of a 'flipper' then it makes my day because I know it's a device that will stay within the true Hybreed ranks and not be sold for 3x it's retail value from someone who just values the cash; not the device. We value the device, the attention to detail and Faceless as a guy who's just making a great device to help people stop traditional tobacco. That's where it started and that's where I see it remaining.

Why would people deliberately create small production runs if they could make more and still sell them at the same price?

It's an absurd idea.

I own 2 Ihybrids and they are the best! I tried for the Celtic and didn't get one, but I will try on any other mod IHybrid releases. Once you take a vape, you will see what all the fuss is about!

Ha! No really, I have seen people post in places how they cried because they could not get a particular LE. Or how this meant so much to their life, etc.

Anyways, keep an eye on his site for info on the Pure. From what I can tell they are coming soon, and if they vape as well as the one I tried should be awesome.
