Then I will continue to speak highly of the Chameleon and will still need the business cards. The more of these we can sell the quicker to your goal we can move you. I have always been able to sell a product I believe in. Not to long ago I was selling money and damn was I good.
I didn't get extra cards in my last order. Please send some in my next order. And I thank you for my Christmas Goodies. So fast on the shipping, I think you know someone-Santa maybe? Or is it the postmasters wife? LOL

I think you found your calling Tina!! That would be GREAT!! There is one small problem for the time being though :( You see, the Chameleon isn't my project but a friend in Germany. This should be said in private but yea well, the profits on chameleon by the way I'm selling them (individually) are really not much at all  but the good news is, is that everything I make from my business is funding My project that will actually give me enough flexibility to properly compensate you. I would Love more than anything to have a helping hand but in this specific moment in time my hands are too tied.

A dream that is yet to happen good sir. I have buyers lined from Canada to the Uk and Japan :D

You got it Tina and that's a promise! :D
Well ya know, had to do a few favors here & there, nothing that I'm not proud of

Now I'm really confused on what you used to do! Maybe we should hold a contest and the winner gets his/her choice of Laser mod or Kr-8081d box set ;);)

Alrighty, I got my Chameleon today! (Kameleon? - says that on something in the packing hehe)

But... I gots no batteries. So I get to just stare at it for now. /sigh Hoping batt order comes in tomorrow. Can't wait to give it a go.

You had me worried there and I had to frantically check your order!
Aww This must be torture! I really hope they come in tomorrow!

lol yeah that's the problem with any type of "knowledge" contest these days. Anyone can "know" anything with the stroke of a few keys :)

As to my comment though I was just bored enough to try and be a smartass and google her screenname this morning. No work info out there. :D

I had Ultrafire 16340 batteries I bought from Battery Junction, and 4 of them are too big in diameter to get into the Chameleon's tube without requiring something to use to push them in (most of the time I've used a CR123a dummy battery). I was thin enough that I could push it with my finger. Apparently the specs on the Ultrafire are loose so that the diameter can very by plus or minus 0.5 mm. And some other web sites had postings where people found the lengths of the Ultrafire's varied by as much as 2mm.

I couldn't find any Trustfire 16340's for sale in the US - vendors were out of stock. But I found a US vendor that had a Trustfire 123a for sale that they said 'was the same size as the Trustfire 16340', so I ordered some of those. I also ordered some Trustfire 16340's from a China vendor that offered express shipping via DHL.

The TR123a's were still 'too fat' but they were definitely longer than the Ultrafires. Since I had one Ultrafire that could fit snugly without requiring excessive force to fit it into the tube, Isaac talked me through taking off the o-ring from the bottom cap of the Chameleon so I could be sure of getting both the top and the bottom to have good contact with the battery - and THAT worked.

Now I have the Trustfire 16340's that are the same as the ones Isaac sells (but he's out of stock) - the grey ones - and they ALSO work - snug fit but I can press them into the tube just with finger pressure, and longer than the Ultrafires so I can put the o-ring back on my bottom cover and maintain good battery contact.

The Trustfire ones I ordered were supposed to be the white ones, but what came in were the grey ones. And they work just fine.

Isaac was a huge help in helping me get this resolved, through at least 20 emails and PMs. Thank you, sir!

Isaac also told me he got HIS batteries from Dealxtreme. They show 3 versions of the Trustfire 16340's - the white one and two grey ones - but one of the grey ones is labelled on the Dealxtrme site as being a Trustfire but the photo shows it is an Ultrafire. So if you need to order from Dealxtreme, get the grey ones that actually ARE Trustfire 16340's!

Now, my Ultrafire 16340's work fine in my Xhaler and my Little Chuck - but the Chameleon is much slimmer. So I'll just stick to using them in those bigger mods and use the grey Trustfire ones in the Chameleon.
