Excellent news on the job, Oz, and GREAT choice of music (thank you very much). I hope everyone's ready for a nice weekend.
Someone bashed my stepdaughter's window last night, so I've got to go pick her up so she can do her laundry. People are a/holes (ha-HA, on beat censors!).
Then it's my last Saturday of stalking Billet Boxes, for one more friend in WANT of a purple/pink one (Kat, you ready?).
But you know what I'm NOT doing today? I AIN'T WORKIN'!!!!!!!!

Lucky you, DP!! I was scheduled to come in one hour earlier than normal, so managed to order a few plat k's before I go. I love the new colored billet boxes. They are beautiful.

The purple one's not for me, cat. It's someone who works on Saturdays (sound familiar?) but REALLY wants today's color.
I was waiting to see how his stock moves because I'm so loaded up already. I want to make sure everyone gets what they want/need before putting my selfish .... into the picture. I'll check inventory tomorrow, then either load up some more, or what for the next run.
I think I can survive a short while with what I've got on hand. ;-)

I finally managed to sleep in! Probably because I feel like I fell out of a really tall tree & hit every branch on the way down, but other than a brief wake-up call at 6:45, I slept til 9:30!
I pretty much worked solo last night on my 2nd shift there. Made a couple of mistakes, but I was far more upset with myself than my boss was. Just little stuff - everything was edible just not beautiful - but still, it's frustrating when your baguettes don't come out as pretty as you wanted them. I'm on the warpath against the French breads tonight.
