I keep getting the Win 10 install notice and I am skeeeered to death of it !

I did it on one of my machines, and it went smoothly. That was a Win8 machine that I had stopped using (because it was nothing but trouble).

My problem is with my work machine. It's telling me that it's incompatible with a Powerline network adapter that I need for my work phone. So... no goodsky!

But everything else appears to be smooth. It's MUCH better than 8, for whatever that's worth.

It's a Belkin. And I just haven't had the interest in searching yet. Because it's work related, I'd rather wait it out for MS to board up all the compatibility issues.

I upgraded my desktop to Win 10, couldn't get my sound card to work, so I rolled back to Win 7 Pro. I'll learn my way around Win 10 on my tablet that's on the slow boat from China, then decide if I want to reinstall it on my desktop and invest in a new sound card. It's hard to find a decent sound card for an old school pci slot and my 2nd pci-e slot has very limited room being directly under my video card.

Yes, Kat...yes it is envelope day!! Perfect timing as my Krixus tank is also out for delivery

Smart move Fran. 8 should of never been released. I hate Macs but I'd rather use a Mac than Windows 8.
Welp I ender up with 1hr. and then another 45 minutes sleep last night so I'm gunna give er a shot and see how it goes tonight.
