What strength and ratio do you use?I've been out of RY4 gold since the site went down. Tried Dulcis meh, tried rafalicious, meh. I have of course tried multiple vendors before I found IKV's version and it is my favorite. Isaac e-mailed back and said he'd get me some but I thought I'd wait (mistake). If the site is not up by Thursday I'll have to order via e-mail because it's just that good.

For those who cannot wait for the site to be back up (myself included), then you can email orders to him. This has been mentioned on his twitter feed and in this thread. If you absolutely need something, he will get it to you. So, with that being said, the inability to use the website is null at this point. If you just want to switch vendors, then switch - hate to see anyone leave but the fact is it has been discussed several times how to get IKV goodies even with the website down...

I wish Isaac, and you all the best of luck, and who knows, in a while, I might find his site open again, and order some of his goodies, but my brand loyalty only goes so far..
If anyone would be so kind as to PM me here when the site is back up? If not, I'm sure I'll figure it out on my own one day.. I just cant hold off any longer.. I'll be ordering (now, quite a bit) from vendors elsewhere.. Its not optimal, and its not convenient, but its what I need to do now.
Isaac: I hope you find worlds more success once you get your site up again, but on a customer-to-dealer level, your lack of personal involvement, updates, or anything of the kind to your customers here, frankly.. sucks.. Sorry man, I just thought it needed to be said. Your products rock, and are still my favs, but I'm saddened that you couldn't help out, or update on a thread about you, and your site issues for over a month! We all have money waiting... You're product line is THAT GOOD.. How about a little reciprocity?
I'm moving on.. It sucks, but I really cant wait any longer.
*shrug* Best of luck to you all, and especially to you, Isaac. I want your business to succeed.. In this (evermore) saturated business, its rare to find a seller with something truly unique to offer.. I hope you can get it together before more of your cash-in-hand customers go elsewhere.
