Hi guys i posted yesterday about my joy of finding e cigs, and i was so excited ive been telling everyone i see about them, im even running to people smoking in the street telling them about it, so i thought what better way to share than do a "road to quitting smoking diary" on youtube. If anyones interested in a newly found ecig founder and his personal experience and diary to quitting smoking please feel free to watch my first video of week 1 :)

Dear british guy, please get yourself an EGO C Twist and a few VIVI Novas and you will no longer need to vape these disposable e-cigarettes. I don't know what kit you've ordered already, but I hope you've chosen well.

Liberty Flights (a U.K. supplier) doesn't sell EGO C Twists yet, but do see what you can get from other suppliers.

I'm stoked that you quit, and that you see the light, but you are going to need to do better than disposables if you intend to stay in high spirits. Cute kid btw.

I'll tell you what, please check out my blog "The Vaper's Handbook" and learn what I learned in minutes vs. what took me over 6 months to learn: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/shoganinja/2998-vapers-handbook.html#comment5864

i see, my own fault for not reading up on stuff, i guess im just too excited to share with the world the joys of quitting the ciggies :)

Sadly, in the world of vaping, not looking before you leap will cost you a great deal of money. At the end of the day, however, you can't be upset as it will still cost you less than your life is worth; especially to that young son of yours. Read up by starting with my blog and expanding from there and soon you will have a happier family for all your research.

Good day.

Nice, im going to have a good watch of that later after a sleep from a hard saturday night on the taxis :) vaping away :)
i did a few days of solid research and ending up going for Greensmokes with red label strong. The starter kit is a bit more expensive than most, but i read many independent non profit reviews and forums about red label in particular being very similar to marlboro red which swung it for me as marlboro red are strong. I still want at the moment to keep on track with the look of a cigarette etc. In the future once i got over this and enjoy the vaping over the look of the instrumnt i will look into these amazing other devices which ive seen in the setup pics thread which look cool and amazing :) but for now from what i read i think greensmokes with red label is an excellent start up investment for a newbie not wanting to complicate things :)

Ahh but one the first things I address in the Vaper's Handbook is how there is no such thing as a true cigarette replacement. Perhaps a good read'd do ya good?

Hiya Dean. I doubt you'll need an ego twist if you were a 10 a day smoker. Not everyone needs variable voltage. I have used Greensmoke. The main issue folks have with Greensmoke is the price. I do suggest you try their absolute tobacco if you find red label isn't doing it for you. - it's a bit stronger than red label.

i heard absolute tasted littlemore like pipe tobacco, ah well i can experiment all this over the coming weeks, apart from the starter kit i dont see a problem with greensmokes price, its £30 for 20 or so carts, which is pretty much the same is what V2 charges for thier carts

7pm now UK time, and still not had a cigarette, not even had any cravings, and dont even miss them no more. Waiting for my greensmokes should arrive tuesday-weds, but just bought the last 2 dispoable ones from my local shop, so im a bit worried ill get through these disposables before my greensmokes arrive this week.

Don't give in to temptation, friend. I quit cold turkey after trying only the store bought e-cigs. I even bought those Jasper & Jaspers here in the states at first. That was after 34 years of cigarettes and cigars. If I can do it, you can do it quite easier as I see it. You will soon forget about those nasty things and have a good laugh. Guaranteed.

Luckily enough i found a local convenience store sell disposables to get me by until i get my greensmokes. £6 per disposable very expensive but when i think about quitting smoking £6 is nothing and well worth every penny :)

That's exactly why he can use an ego twist. It goes from 3.2v-4.8v. That means he can dial in whatever amount of heat he wants, provided he has the atomizer choices to do it with. That's where the Vivi Nova comes in.

Keep it up Dean - you're doing great. I had to hang in there with something from the corner shop while I waited for my first kit too. It worked ok and I knew my kit was coming. :)
