After being a long time smoker, and have had quit smoking analogs for a good year with the help of vaping and the good people of ECF, the first time for a year in 2009. I’m sorry to say I did lost my way in 2011, but I did kick the habit again the day after Christmas 2012. I’ve been smoke free since then, again with the help of ECF and vaping.

With that, Being a nurse in geriatrics you kind of get a wakeup call working with clients, which were long time smokers with breathing treatments and medications so they can breathe throughout the day. Few worst cases are clients that don’t smoke but lived with people that smoked also suffering the someway or worse because of second hand. So since quitting the second time, like I said going on another year smoke free with the help of vaping and also losing my grandfather who was a long time smoker, I decide to help others try to kick the habit by introducing friends and family to vaping, educating them, and even giving them starter kits to get them started.

I see it this way, more people I can convert, more people I save. This is why I became a nurse.
