Well day 1 here and I have had a nic buzz all day. Started out with a 6 mg low cart. It wasn't satifying my cravings so I uped it to 12mg. Well that's when the buzz started, I haven't vaped alot at all either. I am still on the same battery (510) since 2 pm. I did drop back down to 6mg and Im still buzzing alittle but it's not as bad as it was. I was a 1/2 pack to pack a day smoker. I find it weird how low a nic level I have.

It's not weird - its just a matter of experimentation. You obviously need the hgiher nic JUST to satisfy a craving and a lower strength for pacifying vapes. SO do what suits your body best. You could even try 0 nic juices for when you don't 'need' a vape but just 'want' one. there's no hard n fast rules.
