"In response, PayPal is no longer facilitating the sale of this product. Facebook has reportedly decided that "we do not allow ads for electronic cigarettes and will not allow the creation of any further Facebook Ads for this product."

Well, that explains it.

Yes, he is responsible for paypal issues. What a freaking douche.

-Just about everyone I talk to that doesn't know me personally usually responds with that they know what the gov is up to, and why. I really hope that millions of non vapors out there can see thru the blatent lies as well. I can't believe how many groups (FDA,ASH, etc.) are allowed to get away with these lies-at the expense of 20 million plus of American's health-especially when they are on the road to healthier living.

Great disclaimer Eric:p I have heard that some of the tactics used by this person is to evoke fear in suppliers and retailers and make others think twice before engaging in the business aspect. He likes to fake it til it's true. But I must add this is troubling since the decision from Judge Leon has not been handed down. Really bad timing for us...great for the demon.8-o

I almost hesitate to post this.

Electronic Cigarette Seller Sued - Fines and Penalties Sought ** Seller Targeted "Kids," Complaint Charges

But I am purposely not listing his name so that his search engines won't pick up another hit.

Holy mother of pearl, that author (and or his respective Organization) is the schmuck responsible for the recent Paypal headache? At risk of sounding rhetorical, I may start a lobbying campaign to ban red ink pens, because if bereaucratic bookworms like this author chews on them enough (funny that I'm not mentioning other pens or plastic products that have the same effect, just like the FDA singling out PV's and not mentioning the fact of condoning tobacco for years, depsite the fact it's a known killer), they may swallow a chunk of plastic which may pose a choking hazard.

That really grinds my gears...

I paid for things at TW yesterday with paypal. They are a major player IMO, and they have not been kicked from them.

Hell TW CALLED them, and they said E-Cigs were cool.

Perhaps the Paypal issue is only applying to US suppliers. I do know for a fact that my account was frozen for the sale of items not approved to be sold in the US.

I think it's on topic, because it was in the article talking about it. They are not the only company that is still up for grabs that is still using paypal either which I find odd.....IDK

So if US suppliers were to open a bank account in the UK. Do you think that they would be OK, and in some kind of loop hole?

Also it was just a matter of time before someone sued. Hell it's the US, and people sue over pointless things here all the time.

For the record, it was Artie Lange who said kids could still look cool with them after trying the one Jose Canseco brought to the show as a guest, not Smoking Everywhere.

So, basically, this Banzhaf guy is just flat out making stuff up.
