Reminds me of when I was recently diagnosed with diabetes..... In my mind it all of a sudden made sense, the cataracts, the pain in my feet, pain in my hands, having to have a full mouth extraction for root canals that went bad after 30 years, cysts appearing on my skin, unexplained rashes, unexplained infections in the left side of my head, high blood pressure etc. My doctor looked at me and laughed and said that while it's possible the long term diabetes could cause some of that, I should not allocate everything wrong with myself in the past 6 years to the diabetes running unchecked in my system (or something like that).
Point kind of being that while all of those things can be attributed as diabetes side affects, they're not all necessarily caused by the diabetes, for example maybe too much salt and stress in my life caused the high blood pressure, and perhaps I'm just a cyst maker, and that infection on the side of my face... Well could just well be that I bit the inside of my cheek and it managed to get infected and get worse, cataracts? Well while I'm quite young for cataracts it's not unheard of for a 50+ year old to get cataracts too.
Anyway, if you really think it's the vaping well then the answer is quite clear... Stop vaping and see if it was the vaping or your not washing your hands enough before putting in contacts that is causing your eye styes.
