I've gotten 2 people at work vaping...gave them all of the knowledge I gained from ECF in my Looong 4 months of vaping lol

one of the guys decided to buy a cheesy expensive kit despite my advice (because more money = higher quality right? pfft)

He, of course, was having a terrible experience with it and asked me if money were no object what would I buy..

I sent him to the 5v GLV2..

and he bought it!! I mean good for Jay but OMFG I am so irritated that he gets one before me :cry:

Well, unless of course I win that contest :D:vapor:

Doh! I feel for you!

Here is some helpful advice for next time though or maybe you can still pull it off this time. Tell him next week that you found the super ultimate best thing, which obviously he already has, but, does he know this?!? So you convince him that if money was REALLY REALLY no object, that he needs a 'blah sah 9000'. So then after he gets the BS9000, slyly mention that your PV broke and ask if you can borrow his 'old' GLV. Presto!

...and from the GLV subforum contest thread....

I dunno where else you are supposed to post either - so I'm just making sure to post in a lotta places lol :p

Cataine, in case you never found out where else to post (you didn't link this Jay), this is where -- the sister thread in the Supplier's Forum!!

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...rs-forum/98118-glv-free-giveaway-back-v2.html

....hurry hurry, ya got til Sunday (don't recall if Sunday itself is included in that)! Yup, you don't want to miss out on getting a GLV -- one way or another! :)

Now Mr. Jay, as I posted in another thread, have a look -- in your contest rules posts you didn't specify (in either place) that ppl had to post in the GLV subforum contest thread itself to enter. You said only "...also post in my subforum." So I think you really should count all entries from ppl who posted in both your *Supplier's Forum contest thread AND anywhere here in your subforum during the contest dates. I've noticed quite a few posts outside the contest thread in here that I betcha were meant to be entries.

*Lol also, in your Supplier's Forum thread the link you gave that was supposed to bring ppl over here was wrong and needed to be fixed.... but never was! (Not in your first post where it would be seen anyway!)

So, above are just three ways in which a little (presumably unintended) extra detective work was required in order for ppl to properly enter your contest (vs. just thinking they had ;)), so a little extra slack should probably be cut to them! :D

Hehe sorry Jay, but remember that you should be impressed and moved rather than annoyed by me pointing these things out, since by doing so and potentially increasing the size of the contestant pool, I reduce my OWN chances of winning! :p

So glad I could help! Boy now I'd probably feel almost as good as you would (almost!) if you won lol! :D Hey stranger things have happened -- would you believe, within something like a month recently, the same person won TWO random-drawing ECF mod contests that were each entered by (iirc) hundreds of ppl!! Now that's luck!!!!!

Oh man, your selfless acts have totally blown my lil increased bit of karma totally out of the water! That's OK though, because I'm sure you deserve to win. <-- Should push me back on top again.

Your karma logic is sound, however you forgot to factor that just 3 days ago i rescued a baby from a burning building and then on the way home from that i helped a cute kitten down from a tree..

so yea my karma is stronger than your karma.. thus i win!

....well hmmmm, winner Thy being the forum aficionado that he is, he probably entered the contest properly from the git go, and I ended up saving no one here. :-/ But hey, with karma it's pretty much the thought that counts anyway, right?? Ah well, better luck to us next time my fellow planet ECF inhabitants! :)

Here's the thing.... the common misconception is that Karma effects your current life... it does not in fact.... Karma is applied to your NEXT life...

that being said,, i cant wait to die so i can win a GLV Mini.... just saying

Interesting! Perhaps that is the reason for so much bad luck in my current life! I can't wait to die so I can start over! lol!
