I have one horse, a peruvian paso - very sweet girl, but she bucked me off a year ago and I haven't got back on yet, I still remember the pain!!! I thought I broke ribs, but they were ok I think, I didn't go to the ER or anything, I did have whiplash and couldn't walk for a few days... LOL 8-o

I have a cousin in a wheelchair because of a fall from a horse, so I don't want to play that game again, not anytime soon.
There was a bright spot from that being bucked off, I have a birth defect, that had caused a cyst on my neck (I thought it was cancer - I just about freaked out) I was supposed to go in for a CT scan or something ($800) and then have surgery to remove it... LOL
The strap from my helmet (thank god) must have whacked that thing back where it came from. Hasn't been seen since. LOL It was horrible and growing so fast it was almost the size of a golfball...
So there was a silver lining on that for me, I still won't forget the pain of it.
