This has been in the works for awhile and Chris and I thought it time to make a special announcement about our packaging and shipping operations as the time is at hand.
Beginning June 12th, 2012 all packaging and shipping operations are moving to Texas. I have been managing this transition along with Chris and will directly oversee these operations from a more centralized location in the continental United States, that, we hope, improves the date you receive your orders from time of checkout, dramatically. Our Goal: to be second to none on this aspect of our service. Your packages will be dispatched from Sugar Land, Texas and will be forwarded to the North Houston P&DC (Processing and Distribution Center) which has been highly rated in overall customer satisfaction. It is located just five miles from the main Houston airport (as opposed to the original P&DC in downtown which was 22 miles), George Bush International. So for times when the airport is used to move mails, this is a good thing.
Difficulties with USPS consistency is affecting every part of this country but especially in the New York City metro area that are home to several SCF's (Sectional/Sort Center Facilties) that have been either closed or whose operations have been consolidated with other nearby SCF's in an attempt to work within the squeeze our politicians have placed them in (yet I digress).
Chris and I are very excited about these developments. This will also enable Chris to concentrate even more on making more of the videos he is popular for and to concentrate even more time to the forum (if that's possible : ), we have become the fastest growing subforum and consistently the busiest by a wide margin of any vendor on ECF. We have become one of, if not THE, largest general supplier vendor by sheer activity and post count in the one year + we were added to the forum suppliers section of ECF). Chris also will be able to devote more of his time to our general product line and our new exciting and groundbreaking GotVapes APLHA™ program. So re-read this last paragraph - notice MORE, MORE and even more MORE
Its all good and its all for the community and to strive to be the best e-cigarette vendor we can be! Chris has done a yeoman's job of handling all packaging up to this point but it's time to grow, move upward, yes, and then onward.
What will happen in less than two weeks:
Once the Texas operation is fully underway we are going to add more shipping options including a flat rate Express Mail option and possibly an International Priority option. No local pick-up for those of you in the Houston area will be available at this time so save me some time in tickets : )

What will happen in less than two weeks:
- This process will begin on June 6th, 2012. All orders received from 12:01AM on the 6th and through Friday the 8th will be slated to be processed and mailed out from Texas on June 12th, that following Tuesday. We will have a notice on the front page of the site as a warning.
- On June 9th I will have Happy Birthday sung to me in some form or fashion. I am hoping for an excellent creamy chocolate icing on a moist and light and airy chocolate cake. I want chocolate and its MY birthday, and while I am at it just some good plain Vanilla ice cream. But I digress. All orders received Saturday, Sunday and Monday will also have a goal for shipment on the 12th of June (talk about Texas gonna be tried by fire the first day of operations!). But if not, they will go out by Wednesday June 13th, similar caveats for orders received on Tuesday June 12th. I will be cracking whips and being gruff so hopefully this won't be a problem. Please just be patient during our transition and don't take down our support site with tons of tickets. Our other option would have been to close down completely for a week but we don't want to do that. All of this is contingent on how many bombing raids we might be doing during that time but Chris promised to field a light crew during transition time
- During transition time all FlüX Nectar sales will be temporarily suspended.
