Oh, so sorry it's taking so long. SI is a good company, I don't understand why this is happening. Most people are pleased with their CS. As for USPS tracking, forget it. It's not really tracking anything, it's more of a delivery confirmation. My last order was in Brooklyn N.Y. on Thursday night and in my mailbox on Friday morning.
Oh yeah, like I said they have good CS and I understand sometimes things don't go smooth. Me and my brother used to have a web site selling performance Mitsubishi parts and there were mistakes made. If they can use a different shipping method next time I would definitely order from them again, Heather over there was super fast at answering my emails and that goes a long way in my books.
Have a Country 18mg carto on there, taste is awesome . I've always enjoyed the taste of American tobacco better than Canadian and it is nice and smooth, good throat hit. I smoke Number7 blue, and I can feel a little nic buzz off of about 4 pulls of the Volt. The only con is my fault, I didn't read the description of the PCC all the way through and didn't realize you can't fit a 78mm batt with carto in the case. Small price to pay for extended life, plus I'll never have the bits of tobacco in my pockets anymore that fall out of the pack. All in all very pleased
