Pina Colada and straight coconut (a bit on the sweet side preferred) are two of my favorite flavors but I haven't found anything yet that comes close to being a satisfying coconut vape. I've even bought pre-made bottles of both pina colada and coconut... bleach. I'm still pretty new to mixing but everything in my current inventory (about 12 flavors) were all mixed by me. A BIG thanks to Beans for getting me started..... she has the sweetest, most generous nature... I adore that gal. Anyway, I'm not apposed to adding in a bit of something else for flavoring.... maybe coconut cream pie would have a strong enough coconut flavor for me? I DID try adding sweet cream to coconut but that didn't taste right (the sweet cream lone is good though). I generally smoke fruit and flavors with floral notes ( honeysuckle, jasmine, Hibiscus, cantaloupe, passion fruit, peach, pineapple have been my faves thus far.... and mixing the fruits together works great to). I also have a sweet tooth and would love to order a bottle of pre-made sweetener or a concentrate I can add to a PG/VG mix. I bought the Ethyl Malt crystals (spelling, sorry... don't recall the exact name) was terrible for me. The aftertaste was horrid! Any suggestions on any of these issues would be greatly appreciated. * I use the calculator for mixing but tweak the recipes at times.

And because I was curious from Hoosier's post & surprised myself by actually finding MaxUT's recipe, here it is for the rest of you:

Coconut Cream Pie
Okay, you asked...

Coconut Cream Pie

3.2 mL .. 53% .. VG base
1.5 mL .. 25% .. FlavourArt Coconut
0.4 mL .. 7% .. Capella Vanilla Custard
0.4 mL .. 7% .. Perfumer's Apprentice Sweetener*
0.3 mL .. 5% .. Perfumer's Apprentice Pie Crust
0.2 mL .. 3% .. Perfumer's Apprentice Toasted Marshmallow

*this is maximum sweetener according to my taste... takes a couple days for the artificial taste to subside.

And... if you happen to have any Kick Bass Vapor Monkey Bread lying around, the Pie mixes very well with it. Try 1 part Monkey to 2 parts Pie, = "Monkey Pie"

ETA: Wow, I just realized how much flavoring is in this recipe. Hoosier, did you really make this?

Yepper, just finished another bottle of it yesterday.

Um, yeah, I was amazed at the flavoring level, but the durn thing worked so I couldn't argue further. It does require steeping and I think subbing Cap's for the coconut makes it a bit creamer. Not a big vapor producer, but amazingly the taste is really nice after steeping.

Holy MOLY that's a lot of flavor! Esp. for FA...Hoosier, what percentage of Cap coc did you use...the same? If I may ask....?

I've always been a once a year coconut craving sort of gal but recently realized it was because of the texture (which I'm not a fan of) so vaping could be another story... I did buy some Cap coconut, but having so little 'life experience' (lol!) with the flavor I'm at a loss as to what to DO with it

The only coconut I have ever has is TPA, and I like it. If Capella's is that much better, I will have to get some when I run out of this.

It has an element to it that I did not find with TPA or FA. If I were to rank them it would be #1 Cap, #2 FA, #3 TPA. I've made great juice with TPA's coconut, but it was fantastic with Cap's.

I am serious, if you don't like it, I will give you back every cent you ever gave me. (And add you to my giant list of folks that disagree with me.)

I have tpa coconut extra but haven't found a good mix yet. Are you using the extra version and if so at what %?

Capella's Raspberry.. it was awful. Personal taste maybe? But I will give it a try:)

Possibly . Capella raspberry is my second favorite fruit flavoring by any company . Was it a new bottle ? Mine was spot on to a real ripe rasberry . My all time fav fruit is cap sweet strawberry .Third fav is cap coconut and 4th is tpa pomegranate .Both tpa and capella have some good fruits but capellas is a bit more real (tart and sweet) and Tpa i find a bit more sour and candyish .

In small quantities CA Coconut adds a lot of creaminess. I LOVE Vanilla Custard and Coconut, AND Vanilla Cupcake and Coconut. I also add it to some of my fruit flavors and to CHOCOLATES!! It truly is a wonderful and versatile flavor.

TPA has a coconut flavor labelled "Extra Flavor". Sweet Cheezus, they weren't kidding! I had been making an Applemint I like, mixing the total flavor at about 10-13%. I was using about 70-30 apple/coconut of another coconut flavor. I got this and tried the same 70-30, all coconut, all the time! It was too much for that mix, I have since re-formulated.
