Indiana Call to Action - Stop the Monopoly

I have been contacted by a potential new vaper that lives in Indiana.... where can I point them to for how or where to get products?

I hate, hate, hate that free enterprise is sadly leaving this country.

As far as I know you can still get stuff in vape shops. Some have closed but a lot are still open. I don't think you can get juice on-line from out of State but it's still available in shops. And as far as I know you can still legally get hardware on-line. A few sites have just applied a blanket stop on everything for Indiana. They are using age verification systems that don't let them discriminate between juice and hardware. One vendor I tried last week did that. They told me they were expecting to get it fixed soon so that they could start supplying hardware again.

Can someone that is not able to travel to a vape shop, order from instate vendors online? How would they go about finding such an animal?

Hoosier Vapes in Anderson is a good choice. They have been good supporters of Hoosier Vapers and have closed up their shop to bring all their employees down to Indy to fight against the anti-vaping laws on a number of occasions.

I remember a time when people confused me for them... Which if you ever saw Joe and Charlotte, owners of Hoosier Vapes, standing next to me, that would be hilarious. (they are short people and I'm the size of Chewbacca with just a tiny bit less hair)

Haven't been to this site in a while so trying to catch up on Indiana new e-cig law. Some of the people I know in my town say all shop owners are out of E-cig supplies. One lady said they're even out of the tanks she uses and aren't going to get anymore until this all settles. I told her to go on ebay, they sell tons of e-cig supplies.

I assume those who DIY juice for personal use are breaking Indiana law, what are they going to do knock on the doors of DIY people with search warrants? My friend just ordered some 100mg Nic, PG, VG, and flavoring from Out of state manufactor, the order went thru, nothing poped up saying they couldn't ship to Indiana.

I wonder if the P.O. is going to watch for incoming packages from out of state shops/manufactures, then contact the ATC on the peoples addresses being shipped to. Surely they won't get this involved.

I heard its illegal to buy e-juice supplies out of state, is that right?(100mgNic, PG, VG, Flavoring)

So it isn't Big Tobacco derailing the vaping industry ..........in this case it's actually six of the Indiana E-liquid Manufacturing permit holders

I had said over a year ago that "Big Vaping" would monopolize the industry

So its illegal to order E-Cig supplies from out of state. How can these six manufactors make E-Juice, I doubt that they make their own Nic Consentrate, PG, and VG. They would have to order it from someone out of state.
