Is there anything I need to know about vaping inside the house? I have mainly been out on the front porch but i have had a few big hits inside, I really enjoy it. My lovely wife hasn’t said a thing yet so I’m guessing she can’t tell. Now that my new ePipe is almost ready to fire up I’m really going to want to sit in my fav chair with my feet propped up and vape away. Any insights are welcome!

Just what has been already mentioned about the smoke detector and filmy appearance on glass surfaces (more noticeable in the car).

I moved into the same house with my brother a few years ago. He has allergies or sinus issues which he is just now seeking medical evaluation with an ENT specialist. He HATES my vaping, and I'm restricted to vape only in my bedroom with the door closed or outside. It's a small price to pay for free rent.

I've never had my vaping set off a smoke alarm in my house, friends' houses, nor in vacation home rentals or hotel rooms I've stayed in. But, I'm a Tootle Puffer and don't blow big clouds at all.

About the only place I notice any slight film at all, (from the VG in my eliquids), is on the inside of my car windshield. That's likely because I'm only about 1.5 feet from it, and blowing straight at it, while driving and vaping. I've never noticed any so far on my TV screen, which is about 12' from my favorite place to sit in my living room. Living room is 18' x 22' though and has a cathedral ceiling, so that may help. No big clouds from me in those places either though.

Yup, much depends on how one vapes. A person that goes through 5 ml of liquid with a significant amount of PG in it is going to have an easier time than a person who goes through 30 ml of max VG a day.

I vape in front of my computer monitors all day long. They stay cleaner than when I was smoking in front of them all day long, as does my car's windshield. No problem with smoke detectors either.

If i didn't go outside from time to time, you could literally tell time by the level of fog in my room.

I agree. I vape 60VG/40PG eliquids and about 10mL a day. Three owners of different places I regularly stay on vacations to Alaska, say they don't mind my vaping in their rentals and/or hotel rooms at all...and that it makes them smell great, too. I doubt they'd be as accommodating if I were chucking massive clouds and leaving a bunch of film behind.
