Just received my Eastmall order less than 48hrs ago (shipped to Canada), which involved a lengthy delay compared to my first order in November.
The order included HV901 & HV510 attys, some drip tips, and the Indulgence mod (Indulgence Extended Cup-16340, Indulgence Manual Switch, Indulgence End-caps). I was very sceptical about purchasing the Indulgence, read much about quality issues with the end caps, threads, and overall quality. I've been vaping for over 14 months know, and have a very good idea of my likes and dislikes concerning hardware & juices. My vaping accessories include a wide variety of PVs (e-cigar, e-pipe, 801, 510, eGo), along with every atty imaginable, and many types of batteries.
I also just purchased my first bottom feeding mod in November, the exotic wooden handmade Ali’i, so I certainly didn’t want to spend much on a tube mod. The Indulgence did offer incredible value (4 different atty connections on separate threads, and the ability to use at 3.7v & 6v with the extended cup). Since I have various batteries and attys, I certainly wanted to put these accessories to good use, and essentially use this mod to vap juices that wouldn’t be my all day vapes (instead of filling my bottom feeder).
One of the great advantages of forums like ECF is the many tips & trips offered by the readers. I knew the Indulgence threads were sensitive so I purchased Permatex Anti-Seize lubricant. I also knew the switch could get stuck, so I have sewing machine oil available.
After unpacking, I noticed that the Indulgence is a simple, yet a beautiful mod. The titanium finish is gorgeous, but does leave many finger prints. A quick use of an eye glass cleaning cloth returns the finish to beauty.
As for performance, well that has surprised me the most! I’ve tried every single atty (LR, regualar, and HV), you name it, 510/801/901/306 and even my last 401...using the 16340 batts provided at 6v, and my trusted AW 18650 at 3.7V (just pull out the spring at the bottom just a bit to made the 18650 connect). Every single configuration provided a top notch hit (flavour, TH, and vapour). I’ve got so many choices now, not sure which one I like the most. That’s one of the reasons I bought this mod, for the choice.
Sure, you can purchase some other mods at are perhaps a more robust build, but they are twice, sometimes three times the price. But if you take care of your hardware like I do, and provide a little TLC to them, this could very well be the best mod you could ever purchase.
It gets a first blush 9 out 10 stars (if it didn’t attract so many finger prints I would give it a 10).
BTW...thumbs up to Eastmall customer service, not only have I been so pleasantly surprised on the durability of their accessories from my first order (attys & drip tips), but they also included an additional Indulgence switch because of the long wait free of charge for my troubles. Therefore, the team at Eastmall get 10 out of 10 from me for their customer service and quality products at an affordable price.
If you want a mod that does it all at a great price, and are willing to take care of it...buy the Indulgence today.
